PandaHall Arvostelua

THIS COMPANY LIES about "free shipping." I spent a long time carefully combing through the website, in response to the "free shipping" enticement. I needed some beads for some rosaries I was making. But when I went to check out with my modest order, there was a SHIPPING FEE of more than $30 for a supposedly "overweight charge" which was not mentioned anywhere in the promise of free shipping if you spend more than a certain amount of money. BUT WHEN YOU DO SPEND THAT MUCH, on something such as BEADS, there is a HUGE shipping fee because the order weighs more than 2 KG, which is barely more than 4 pounds. I don't believe the order WAS 4 pounds, but even if it was, Pandahall is the company that sets the criteria, and it seems OBVIOUS that they set it so that, if you meet the monetary minimum for free shipping, it AUTOMATICALLY trips the "overweight" charge. Clearly, it is a scam. I suppose some people don't mind it, but I really HATE being lied to, so I decided not to place the order. I DID try to remove items so as to remove some weight, but when I did that, the minimum order amount was not met and the shipping charges just went UP. SCAMMERS.

I've never ordered a thing from this company that wasn't top notch, high quality and far exceeded my expectations. Not only that, but their prices are the most reasonable I have found anywhere on the internet. Their Customer Service reps get back with U very quickly if U have questions or concerns about anything. Their website is very user-friendly and their shipping is fast & affordable.

Beautiful cotton, the colours really pop thanks so much 🤩

I have ordered several times. Love the variety and Panda Hall runs some great sales. Customer service is excellent.

I like that if a product is out of stock after ordering you get 20% off a replacement of your choice. There's a great selection of products from jewellery making beads and findings, which is what I shop for, to yarns, sewing notions and premade jewellery.

I’ve been purchasing most of my stainless steel supplies at Pandahall for a couple of year now and I’m always satisfied with the quality of the products. Great customer service as well.
I also appreciate how to navigate on the website to search for products.

All the beads I ordered stated in description that they were drilled with 1mm hole, in actual fact, I couldn't even thread the vast majority on to 0.8mm cord, won't be ordering again as I need description to be reliable.
I only use a certain width of cord

I live in India, and I have been ordering from Pandahall since 2017. In the year 2017 in India, the market had only iron & brass jewellery-making items which rust easily. So I was looking for stainless steel jewellery-making items that are durable and don't rust which I found on Pandahall :) I have been selecting Aramex as my courier partner on the pandahall website. From time to time, I did face issues regarding the customs process. But now it looks fine. I had a bad experience with Fedex as they overcharged for customs duty. I recommend purchasing their freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, ion-plating stainless steel findings, gold-plated stainless steel chains, real 18k gold-plated brass cubic zirconia findings, real platinum (rhodium) plated brass items etc

Fantastic Customer service, great products

Beautiful beads, great prices, fast shipping. 5/5 will order again! I ordered gemstone beads, all of which lived up to expectations. All items arrived undamaged and looked like the pictures.

Very reliable. Fast delivery to uk usually two weeks tops. Always pleasantly surprised with the quality of items I buy.
