Sent 2 orders the cheapest arrived but the more expensive never appeared it's marked as delivered. Their UK courier EVRI has it marked as delivered. But when I did a trace the order numbers did not match the items
Evri does not recognize the lost parcel.

First shipping was crazy, but I had to try, well I did not get several pieces I purchased, and it took 2 months to get hear, not impressed with crap items. I would not take a chance. They will not refund me for missing pieces, I'm just glad order finally came because I'm sure they would not have reimbursed me for that.

ordered large hole eurpoean zirconia beads, (ZIRC-B010-01P) described as 6.5mm hole. They are only 6.2mm max.

Do not buy from Panda Hall. Their customer service is abysmal. They take absolutely no responsibility for faulty or bad quality products. In every order there's always something that's a quality problem. They've started sending me photos of what I've ordered - just to give themselves another excuse not to take responsibility. Those photos are as poor as the photos on their website. Go to Temu where customer service is excellent.

My shipment was sent 2 days after the estimated timeframe because one item was not available. I was given 3 options (choose an alternative, something I don´t remember or ship as is - I chose the alternative) and it was shipped. Only three days later it arrived (China to Germany - must be some kind of record) and the stuff looks great. I ordered mostly jewelry parts like end caps and pearls. I had no idea about HOW MANY PEARLS I actually ordered. Safe to say I won´t have to rebuy them for quite a while. If the metal stuff works out only time will tell - I ordered stainless stell and ion plated things to see if the plating will hold up over time. But the amount of pearls alone was worth the 113 € I spent. Here in Germany I would have spent a lot more.

Sehr unzufrieden, Ich bekomme ein komplett andere sortiment farben als abgebildet und bei andere perlen ist das loch kleiner als beschrieben. Sind nicht bereit die Sendungskosten zu übernehmen und da bestelle Ich in zukunft lieber bei Temu!

Total arrogance of the company. They demand payment in advance including shipping and customs. 10 days after the payment was entered and paid, they write that one item is out of stock. They will refund the payment for it, but without shipping and customs, but that you can buy the same product for a higher price

Ho ordinato circa 45 sbleuri di cose da ph e mi è arrivato tutto in tempo, tutti i prodotti presi e nelle giuste quantità. La qualità non è male. Se facessi un ordine maggiore (ho visto che i problemi si palesano quando la merce è in maggiore quantità) scriverò un'altra recensione. Per questa ottimo, tempi giusti, tutto ok.

I would have give them 0 stars if I could, I tried to get in touch with them numerous times no answer they sent me incomplete order I ordered like 30 different crystals and I had like 5 delivered!!!! No refund no apology nothing

I’ve ordered a dozen times over the last 7 years, for about 300-500$ each time. So I can say for a fact : they are ALWAYS late to ship (8 to 10 days processinh instead of a week, which is already a lot), and there are ALWAYS out-of-stock items, no matter how small your order is.
I’ve never seen a company so slow and so bad at handling inventory. It’s a very frustrating experience.

I gave them one last chance and here they go again, my order which was due to ship yesterday suddenly has out-of-stock items and will be delayed further. This is the last time I order from them. It’s 2025, you can’t get away with this nonsense anymore.

Non avevo mai avuto problemi , ma dopo anni, per la prima volta ricevo l’ordine con della merce mancante .
Chiedo che mi venga spedito quello che manca e dopo diverse e-mail di botta e risposta riesco solo ad ottenere un rimborso di ciò che manca . Nessuna spedizione . Così ora per avere ciò che avevo ordinato dovrò pagare di nuovo la spedizione . Pessimo servizio

Après avoir passé une commande qui doit faire une centaine de grammes, on me dit que l'envoi est bloqué, que je dois encore payer plus de 20 euros de frais de port car le colis fait plus de 4 kg !!! Ce qui est complètement faux.

We've been costumers for many , many years at Pandahall , and it works perfect. In our Country there is 27% tax, we get the packages with this cost always , but this is not their fault . Costumer service is promt and excellent. We love them !
