PA Housing Arvostelua 

After extensive discussions with various professionals from Surrey Council and Elmbridge, I've learned that many share my sentiments regarding the challenges presented by PA housing.

As a tenant living in a second-floor flat, I am faced with significant difficulties, especially as I have an autistic child who currently sleeps in the living room due to safety concerns. He is at a high risk of attempting to climb the balcony, which has been a constant source of anxiety for our family. Despite providing medical grounds for our urgent need to relocate, PA Housing has been unresponsive to our situation for the past five months.

I feel compelled to take this matter to the Housing Ombudsman as I believe our safety and well-being should be the priority, rather than PA's financial considerations.

I have been struggling after my partner got brain damaged with Pa housing to get through and communication Kelsey grey from housing has been so accommodating and trying to support me the best way she can which I haven’t had in 6 years. She is very sensitive and helpful from housing.
Kelsey also always says what she said she would do to support and listens.
I would hope all the advisers would be the same especially from repairs team

Still no lift Yet another week struggling up and down 70 steps. I'm paying service charge for sumthing that's not worked properly and very unreliable. Why pa??????

I’m at breaking point!!

Put a review up a few weeks ago about the appalling actions taken by this housing association well no actions would be more suited!!

Just leave people felling alone and no one to turn to for help or support!!
Was told at the start they was 3 weeks behind now 3 months have passed multiple times on the phone wasting my time trying to speak to Ryan the homes move manager and not once has he or anybody form that department been in contact with me regarding a move due to breathing difficulties and no lift and 6 flights of stairs to tackle!!

Please if any council offer you these as a home provider turn it down and state look at their reviews and we all can’t be lying!!

This company is about the cash not its tenants!!
Poorly run housing association and poor employees/contractor's!!

After an incident in the flat above mine that flooded my flat. PA Housing were very fast and accommodating in repairing/replacing the damages within my flat. Richard kept me updated and assisted me in my issues very professionally and im very grateful.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS VERY POORLY RUN HOUSING ASSOCIATION!!

Well here we go again!!
Still no contact apart from a wellbeing chap to see if I'm OK!! And stated he had put a urgent email to everyone involved and should receive a call back tomorrow that was last Thursday and its now Tuesday and still no contact!
So I tried to call today to get a update to be answered by a very unpleasant call handler as never got her name!! Said I was shouting when I was talking abruptly due to the incompetence off this housing association and the lack of communication!!

Wish this would happen to one of them or their families so they can feel the worthless and aloneness with the day to day struggles due to the access issues!!

I'm going to seek legal advice and report all this to the local mp if nothing resolved their end!!

I'm not saying I'm suicidal but can understand why people do if this is how you treat people especially with health issues!!

I moved in to a Flat allicated by P.A. Housing I couldn't find any fault with P.A. my Housing Coordinator Jo Jackson is an asset to P.A. she works in a Professional Manner, she is also kind and understanding on what we needed on behalf of My Wife as My Wife has many Disabilities but nothing was a problem from Jo. She is such a Star. I would definitely recommend P.A. Housing Association if you are looking for a Property in the Warwickshire Area

Kind, friendly and professional

We had a very thorough bathroom refurbishment. All appliances changed, walls and floors redone. Plumbing changed so the layout of the bathroom could be changed to be a bit more comfortable.
It looks so much better than before! :)

Just had a new kitchen and bathroom installed cannot fault the subcontractors and also cannot fault PA housing from start to finish I’ve been informed every step away and now they’ve just been to give me my final checks thank you so much PA Housing thought you’ve done

My officer Sharan is very good and helpful. Always happy to see her in the building. Making good changes making it a nice home to be in

I have been with PA housing for 3 years whenever I have had a problem they have always got it fixed in a good time and all engineers or companies they send out are lovely polite and respectable. PA housing recently worked with Dodd group to change my heaters and the 2 lads was amazing my daughter ended up being off school sick and they was really respectable.

Wasteful spending on sending professionals for pending issues no resolutions just an organisation that runs on citing rules which are not applicable, does not take into account the residents perspectives and the only thing they chase is if you withhold rent with threatening legislation.

Ive a tenant with PA for a number of years now and I don't have a problem at all them, excellent service any problems I've had have been resolved really quickly. I've just had a new kitchen which I am more than happy with

Disgusting housing association. Been trying to do a mutual exchange for around a year and half. Found a 2 bed to which PA rejected and directed me saying I needed a 3 bed. I found a 3 bed then they’ve rejected that saying I need a 2 bed. Doesn’t care about its tenants. I’m currently stuck in a disabled flat which I don’t require. Asked them to help me look for a 2 bed as they refused the one I found and they point blank refused.

Never go with this housing.

UPDATE!!

So managed to find another 2 bed to join onto the multi swap to which we was informed it shouldn’t take long as they have all paperwork from previous mutual exchange to which they rejected. Yet they’re still determined to make it the whole 45 days until they make a decision. Try to call and be told to wait 5 days for a call back but this seems to only apply to certain tenants as other tenants get a call back the following day. This housing tends to only want to help those who work for them or those that they want. I’ve been doing this mutual exchange process since beginning of 2025 and we’re now in July with no more of an update than when it first started. The company is joke and they just pass blame from pillow to post. The amount of stress they have caused their tenants is not right. Please avoid this housing at all costs if you can.

Specifically with the recent decorating, PA and the contractor AXIS have done a great job. On time, great quality and service.
