I thoroughly recommend PackGenie

I thoroughly recommend PackGenie, the process of ordering and uploading a logo for my grease paper was easy and dealt with by a friendly and capable Luke.
I was provided with a proof before printing for me to see and approve the final product.
I will definitely use again.

Excellent service for a clueless customer

Dealing with Packgenie was my first experience of ordering branded packaging for my small business, and it couldn’t have been made easier for me.
The service I received throughout the order process would have been excellent even if I had a straightforward request, but throw into the mix the fact that I didn’t have much clue of what I wanted, then the service I had was absolutely second to none!
Luke was very patient with me from the start. I began with no proper digital copy of my hand screen printed logo, and he was able to go between me and the production team to get an image I was happy with. And this was all before going back on forth on the exact colour choice. Being indecisive is clearly one of my more annoying personality traits.
Luke was quick in making any adjustments I requested - of which there were quite a few - until I was happy with the end design.
All this amazing service AND the packaging is eco friendly. I’ve only just placed my order but I can’t wait to get it.
Thanks again Luke!
