Packgenie Arvostelua

A first rate service from Luke and the team, super fast design by Jez !

I have used Packgenie for a while now and will continue to do so.

They printed the wrong colour , when I said it was very wishy-washy, they said it was correct, etc. etc. not their fault, my fault, apparently!!!!!!!
Be wary, you have to pay upfront, and if it goes wrong they don't give you your money back!
Pay by credit card, so you can get your money back from the CC company.
Poor aftersales to say the least. Look around for a proper company for you goods.
Only good thing to come of out it for me, is that if they had done their job properly, they could have earned about £65,000 over a 12 month period - so that pleases me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pity I can't give zero stars!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so incredibly impressed with the team at PackGenie! Such brilliant customer service (Ben & Luke helped me) and I’m very excited to receive my packaging! Thanks so much all

Fantastic company and quick service.

Luke at Pack Genie has been incredibly helpful helping us sort out our packaging for a fast food restaurant. He sent us proofs, he answered my thousands of questions and sent me so many samples when I couldnt decide what I was after. One of the best printers I've worked with

Great service and timely delivery. thanks

Good quality cups and fast turnaround!

Came quickly, great customer service and looks fantastic, thank you so much!

I ordered a personalised embosser, which is excellent quality, arrived on time, and great value. Very good communication and customer service, too.

Fast delivery, great product and fab customer service. Thanks!

Really good quality product and printing. Delivered on time. Will be ordering again :)

Issues with order - the print colour was wrong. Packgenie agreed a discount but wouldn't replace the order.

Lids for cold cups are completely unusable. I have had to chase multiple times and nothing back

Great people excellent product!

Fast and stress free ordering experience with extremely efficient comms from Luke & the team.
Would order again and again and definitely recommend to anyone looking for custom packaging.
We have ordered branded greaseproof paper for our business which is reasonably priced and effortless. 5/5

Loved the smaller minimum quantities comparing to other print companies, that allowed me to get the branding that I wanted for our small event. Great communication with the agent, fast problemsolving.

Product as described, good quality, helpful design team. Would purchase again :)

Now let me tell you something about Luke at PackGenie. This man knows exactly what I need and whenever I need! Nobody can top the efficiency and service I have received from Pack genie. Absolutely the best at what they do!

Friendly, happy and helpful staff - good knowledge of the products that they sell and are always at the end of the phone whenever I have a question, nice to speak to a person. Very supportive of my small business :) Thanks, will definitely be a returning customer from now on.
