Customgreaseproof Arvostelua 

I was a regular customer and my last order I placed on the 17th of September. My order hasn't arrived more than a month, company not answering for my emails, phone line goes to voicemail. There is no communication from their side at all, left me without my order and my money. Sent an official notice of cancelling the order. 1 minute later it has been cancelled so they have access for their email and they are working. Only not answering where my order was. They should be honest and responding if they had issues or offer a refund if they can't fulfil the order. Extremely dissapointed with lack of communication ignoring all of my email! really unprofessional. Avoid this business they are simply don't care .

Really good value for money. An accurate
print that looks really good. We went for a map with various features on. My customers really like it. The service was good from Custom greaseproof, there was always someone to answer the phone and they got the 1000 prints out to me within a week of ordering.

We had a wonderful experience buying our printed greaseproof - The paper arrived on time and was the best quality greaseproof we have had to date. Will definitely be reordering when my paper runs out!

Have used these a few times before so I was a returning customer. Strangely this time we don’t get the delivery. Promised that it was on the way and offered 10% refund as an apology. Weeks later still no delivery. Offered a full refund. That also never transpires.
Now I am ignored by all means of contact.

Fraud!! Placed an order and no delivery, managed to speak to someone twice but no luck and now all my calls are being ignored
