Excellent service from start to end. Just made my second order here, order was sorted and sent in a day. Everything came well packaged the day later. I struggled to find just the crossbow I wanted many had it out of stock. This one was the best price too and came with a variety of extras many others who stock it don’t include. (Jaguar 1) Managed to get all extra bits I wanted too and Gary was really helpful on the email and sorted some other things for me I wanted. Expect I’ll be back in again in coming weeks to place another order as I’m loving this hobby and outdoor hobbies give a great timely helpful service with awesome products, thanks!

Ordered April 2020, took a good while to complete due to delays in release and lack of availability of accessories etc. due to international covid restrictions. However still very happy with their customer service during the process and very happy with the bow.

- Possivelmente este não seria o meio mais recomendável, mas o mais possível no momento, para esclarecimento de minhas dúvidas quanto a estes produtos; moro no Brasil, e não tenho um inglês muito bom. Estou querendo saber quais desses produtos municiadores de bestas em sua loja podem ser utilizados de forma mais genérica; tenho uma besta Center Point Tyro 175 lb e outra PSE Toxic 150 lb. E pretendo comprar outras; assim gostaria de ter um aparelho que pudesse ser utilizado em todas, ou na maioria das marcas. Gostaria de sua opinião e sugestão pelo que já possuo.

I have owned numerous crossbows but nothing in the high end range and decide it was time to upgrade. Having spoke to Gary at length, he helped and guided me in my choice with his knowledge and it made a lot of sense. Having now received my new Excalibur Assassin 400 TD I couldn’t be happier, it is exactly what I wanted and more. Gary is polite, quick to answer emails and was a pleasure to deal with. I will be returning as I’m sure to be adding to my collection in the future.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Gary has been exemplary in all respects when dealing with the order I placed. My item arrived much quicker than I expected and this was such a nice surprise. My emails were answered promptly by Gary, and his straight forward, no nonsense approach to all queries thrown his way just proved to me what a great, honest fella he really is. A rarity indeed in this modern world.

I have used more than a few archery equipment suppliers in the past and THIS is what customer service should be about!
Gary, the owner, is fast , efficient, reliable and exceptional with regards to customer care, even when clearly extremely busy!
...And this extends beyond traditional 'bow archery'. The crossbow now has a definitive one stop shop. For me at least.

The item I purchased took 6 months to get to me due to issues in the States, however Gary kept me up to date with progress it was as frustrating for him as it was for me.

There was an odd quirk with this item however Gary resolved the issue, I can highly recommend the Air Sabre an excellent weapon and Gary at Out Door Hobbies.

Why I choose Outdoorhobbies for the purchase of my latest crossbow (a Feradyne Axe 405)? Good organised website with a lot of choice for a good price. Good communication. This is not the first crossbow I buy of them and when I got interested in the Axe 405 their website was the first place I looked.

I recently purchased a Barnett raptor pro with the starter kit, and I must say what a wonderful service the team at outdoor hobbies gave me! brilliant after service with the many questions I had answered immediately, and an outstanding crossbow which I will have years of fun with, even my wife is thinking about getting a bow now! Good company, good communication kept me informed throughout my packages delivery and also replaced a damaged package, no problems no chasing them around just straight up good customer service

I do not recommend shopping in this store.
No contact with the client. Ignoring the client.
The item I bought in this store was damaged, the parcel was not properly secured, the trigger element was broken.
To the information sent to the store regarding the receipt of a damaged item - I DIDN'T GET ANY ANSWER.
With the problem of damage, I turned directly to the manufacturer, who luckily understood my situation and sent me a new part selflessly.
I had to pay for the shipping cost in person, moreover, I had to pay for the replacement and repair service for an item purchased in this store.

To sum up: in addition to the lack of interest in the customer, purchases in this store involve additional unplanned costs of repairing items purchased from them.
