Brilliant ! Company to do business with.
I have recently made an expensive purchase with them and Gary was superb. He kept me up to date with all shipping progress and delivery timings as best as was possible. My purchase was packed extremely well so everything was kept secure and protected while in transit. He also did his upmost to make sure everything that I had bought was in tiptop condition so when it arrived I was confident that everything was correct and as it should be. I could go on but I won’t 🤣so to top off, my whole experience with Gary and outdoor hobbies was flawless and I recommend this company to everyone who needs or wants anything outdoorsy.

Excellent service. He has provided a very detailed information for a novice xbow user that allowed me to make a right choice with the purchase. A very speedy cross-border delivery to a middle of nowhere in Continental Europe. Overall, I’m very pleased with my shopping experience with Outdoorhobbies and definitely would recommend it to other people.

The seller didn't wanted accept return
The seller don't want accept return! Missing part was found on package! The seller have excuses that he will send me prepaid label after 12 days ! I requested immediately label ! He refused ! He requested money from me l! So I have to send the return by my cost ! Even if his policy state that he offer free return! I returned what I received! But he still refuses! He say that he will return back the goods what I send him ! Because he thinks that fraud was made on him ! By me! He accused me without any evidence! Allegations I only received nothing else ! I pay 1794.88£ and he state don't touch my package! But the goods was mine ! He have my money! But he still crying! And threatening me so he will file law case against me ; ! I replied go ahead ! He also threats me if I leave here negative feedback he will file case and report me to the police ! 😂 I found just this.. guy is funny ! He got my money but he still crying! He is not damaged! I am here who have damages ! Fraudulent activity was made against me ! But I am not crying like this seller! He act like babe ! I don't understand this babies! Even small child is smarter then this guy ! I have money ! I was scammed! My money was taken for partial goods ! But I am not crying; ! Because I have money! He can put flag on this feedback how many he want ! But I will send him the true always! For rest of my life ! He want to have 100% feedback this guy ! But nothing is 100% in life ! And the true winning always ! He fighting to have 100% feedbacks but he forgot to be nice on customers! Only I am receiving negativity from him ! I don't understand this behaviour! For me is like child ! If this feedback will be deleted then I don't know what is this ? ! Life ! About ! Note :
Please don't buy anything as you risking your package will be lost or stolen ! He sell good which cost 1794.88£ to me £ with poor Carrier ! My package was lost too !but I found him ! And the package was robbed missing part ! I received! Be aware please!

I requested label on 19.10.23
Update 24.10.23 the seller lie to me he will be not in his office! When I request label and return! Now I can prove that he was there because somebody refused my return! He says he will be out ! And he will send me label on 30th now I proved that he refused return! And maybe possible my money he didn't wanted refund me at all! Because he will get excuses the 14 days period you missed (sorry we don't have to refund your money back! ) He displayed fraudulent activity! Thank you for understanding

Update 24.10.23 the seller sending me vulgar messages! He harassing me please don't trust !!! I can show evidence! He send multiple fake allegations against me! Because he don't like negative feedback! He is out of control! They lost my package I was forced to find my package for nearly 1800£ and was half empty be aware of this seller please be careful!

I’ve used Outdoorhobbies on numerous occasions and always found them, particularly Gary, to be extremely informative and reliable.
More recently I’ve sold a crossbow and associated equipment through them and again found the service they offered to be very good for this niche market.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My new go to company for anything archery related. After having spent weeks on end attempting to contact the Durham branch of a well known archery shop, I was informed that the bow I was after was not in stock and there was non at the suppliers either also they could give me an idea when or if lt would be available again. As a last resort I turned to the archery forums and outdoor hobbies kept being mentioned with great enthusiasm.
Within a few minutes of contacting them and speaking to Gary I was elated to be informed that altho he did not have one in stock he could get one from the suppliers in Europe within 7-10 days. Apart from a small delay at customs my new bow arrived within the timeframe as estimated.
Excellent customer service and Gary is very knowledgeable.
I can only say, if you are looking for a trustworthy professional company to deal with for archery or outdoor equipment then look no further, outdoor hobbies have got you covered.

Just recieved my 6ft Pro bullwhip and I absolutely love it. Exactly what I wanted and the experiencei was hoping for. Will probably order another one at some point. Great company and service. I wanted a whip because of the indiana jones connection but after several dead ends, decided to go with one that had no affiliation of mention of such, but was just a proper product in its own right. And that has paid off I think.

Recently bought a crossbow from Outdoor hobbies. Gary was excellent and provided a great service. Communication excellent and very prompt delivery.

Will be my go to for any future purchases.

I rang Gary and asked his opinion as I'm new to crossbows. He was very honest and gave his VERY honest opinion regarding certain products and their quality and whether they're gimmicky. I made up my own mind and bought a supersonic rev. I had an issue with it and when this happens you see an outfits true colours service wise. Outdoor hobbies i discovered were second to none. Total replacement in the post from Germany in eight days. When i get more serious with crossbows, I'll be going back to Gary.
