Outdoor Revolution Arvostelua 

We have a 3 year old E Sport 325 XL which got a split on the end of one of the air beams. Due to its location, it was not repairable and air continued to leak. Contacted customer service on Monday morning, spoke to Chris who checked our warranty registration and confirmed they would supply a complete new air beam skeleton. This arrived on site on Wednesday ready for us to install. Great service from start to end.

I have been a great fan of Outdoor Revolution Products for a number of years. One of my older 2018 tents had an issue, and given that it was 5 years ago when I bought it, I wasn't optimist that it would get resolved, but they were able to give me a free of charge replacement. I am absolutely delighted- what a great team/service

Love my Outdoor Revolution Movelite Kombi awning which is now 7 years old. Unfortunately last weekend I discovered that one of my air tubes had a slow leak/puncture and kept collapsing so I rang Blue Diamond and spoke to Chris a couple of days ago who was really helpful and sourced a replacement compatible tube (my model of awning is discontinued now) to be sent out to me for a sensible price which has arrived today. I've installed it today and fingers crossed my problem will now be fixed and my awning will be back to full working order again. Thanks Chris.

I purchased an air awning 3 years ago, registered the awning with Outdoor Revolution so I could get the lifetime guarantee. Unfortunately I recently had a fault in the airframe. I contacted Outdoor Revolution so I could get a copy of the warranty cert which I could send to the supplier. They simply said "we will send you a new air frame direct" no issues, arguments over warranty, really refreshing. 4 days later the new airframe has arrived as promised. Will definitely purchase Outdoor Revolution products again.

Earlier this year I bought the Outdoor Revolution Eclipse Pro 380 with two side annex. Whilst away in July (2023) we endured two weeks of constant 20mph winds, and on two days, 40/50mph gusts. Your awning with two side annex connected absolutely excelled. No issues what so ever… unlike neighbouring caravans (both pole and air) with awnings flying up and over the top of the van, and others deflating. Your design is truly outstanding. Rock solid.

I called earlier on today to ask about a very old product and the possibility of sourcing replacement parts. Chris was incredibly helpful in offering advice on where these could be obtained and then went to the trouble of digging out the literature from the archives and emailing it over to me.

Very impressed with Outdoor Revolution's customer service. We had bought a new drive-away awning from an online retailer and had a problem with the elastic in the poles snapping the first time we assembled it. The online retailer was not helpful and after 6 weeks we had got nowhere. I contacted Outdoor Revolution and immediately got lots of very helpful advice on how to sort out the problem. They also sent me some of their products as compensation for the hassle we'd encountered. Made my day.

Outstanding customer service from OR, when frankly they did not have to. After an EBay moment I purchased a nearly new secondhand OR air awning from a private individual to replace my existing Outdoor Revolution awning, which has also been excellent. The awning would not stay inflated (despite doing everything correctly). OR Customer services agreed that there was a fault with the dynamic valve spring. I expected to have to pay for this, but they sent me a replacement FOC which arrived next day.
This is a smallish UK company who I am pleased to be able to use, and who in my view produce excellent, good value products. I have OR lighting as well as the awning. It was clear from my conversation with them that they are eager to build the brand and improve past customer service and customer experience mistakes. My own experience with my previous and current awning so far has been excellent, and have no reservations in recommending Outdoor Revolution. If something goes wrong, and instructions have been followed, they seem most eager to help.

Emailed customer service with photos explaining the air frame on our E-sport 325 air awning had burst after being up perfectly ok for a couple of days. A week later our replacement had arrived with no problems at all. Not used it yet but don't see that we should have any problems. Covered by warranty that we registered straight away when we bought it. Thank you Outdoor Revolution for your prompt service.

We have an Esprit 420 air awning.
Unfortunately whilst on holiday in Cornwall we had a leak and couldn’t repair it.
On a wet and windy afternoon I called Out door revolution’s customer service and explained our predicament.
Chris Smith the sales manager was very helpful and advised us which replacement bladder to order, then he ensured we’d receive it ASAP.
The bladder arrived & whilst it was a tad fiddly to take out the punctured one then put in the new one it was infinitely better than paying for a replacement awning 😀

Bought one of their self inflating mattresses, we only used it about 8 times and it has torn at the seem. It was 14 months old so we couldn't take it back to the shop so I contacted outdoor revolution and they just told me of companies that could possibly repair it. If I'm honest I didn't think for £135 that it would come apart that easy. AVOID at all cost.

Wanted some, information about a suitable annexe for my outdoor revolution awning, emailed a week ago still no reply from customer services, won't be buying anything from this company again, they obviously have a complete disregard for their customers.

Dropped my power brick for the OR Eco Deep Etreme 45l Compressor Cooler.
1 email later and they couldn't do enough to help.
2 days later a FedEx package with all new cables and a new power brick.
