Really disappointed with Olpro service
Really disappointed with Olpro. Ordered an item from their website with delivery in 3-4 days, contacted them the following week when we had not received it to be advised that the item was in fact only available for pre order and wouldn’t be delivered until 4 weeks later. I’ve just contacted them again as item was due for delivery this week to be told they are now not expecting delivery till next week! Really not happy as we wouldn’t have ordered had we known delivery was going to take so long!! Won’t be ordering from them again as communication from them has been poor and I have had to chase to find out about each delay!

I brought a new awning
I brought a new awning, the quality is as you would expect, we new what we were getting as we'd already got one. There was a problem with the valves on setting it up but they were replaced very quickly. Great company

Pre Loved lightweight Awning
An excellent company to deal with, I bought a Pre-Loved awning as a second lightweight awning for short breaks. It came quickly and was used the week after in an away break.
There was a missing front curtain and I enquired about it and a new one was sent out and delivered today. Everything seems good quality and good pricing, I would certainly recommend them and will use again for sure..³

Great but let down by EVRI
The magnetic awning kit worked really well, we did need to use a couple of guys lines as it was very windy the first time we used it. The experience was only let down by EVRI who took far to long to deliver the package. It sat in the delivery depot about 3 miles from my house for a week and was only delivered when I complained to them. Not Olpro's fault but I am becoming more reticent to buy from companies who use EVRI to deliver due to the very poor delivery service.

Paper thin terrible quality
Ordered a brand new awning from here around 2 years ago which has been up around 15 times in total. Weekend just gone ripped clean in half in moderate winds, bearing in mind on the campsite there's tents, roll out awnings, even sun shades, all withstanding the wind apart from this pile of junk. Straight down and into the bin.
