Hi We were on holiday I o W. Air tube on the awning leaked ,- flat in 15 mins
Could not find replacement online. After ringing these guys got to speak to Chris who sent us a replacement air tube free of charge next day delivery by midday. Weather was terrible so saved our bacon and we were able to continue enjoying our holiday as it improved and awning dried out.

Customer service is shocking, not willing to help, Awning purchased is of very poor quality. I am now having to spend out on a new awning due to the fact it’s letting water in, which they have said is due to wear and tear and the awning has been used 6 times for a total of 18 days. Would never purchase from this company again.

I rang up to try and purchase a new seal for my dual action air pump. I was put through to a guy called Chris who couldnt have been more helpfull. He informed me they didnt stock spare parts as they are bought as a complete unit so instead he sent me a complete new pump free of charge, I didnt even have to pay for the postage. Thanks Chris for a First Class Service.

Great service, needed small replacement part for air awning pump, put through to Chris who immediately identified spare part and posted it to me FOC. arrived a few days later. Very helpful.

I bought an outdoor revolution Breeze plus 5 metre windbreak to use with our Campervan. The windbreak uses 3 piece metal poles with spikes on the ends and guy ropes to hold it in place.
On its second outing it was Breezy, but unlike it’s name suggests, the windbreak did not cope well and toppled over a couple of times, breaking the spikes off the bottom of a couple of the poles, rendering the whole item almost useless. Considering the price of the windbreak and it’s intended use, I contacted outdoor revolution, to ask if they could supply spare parts so I could repair my poles, the reply I received (attached below) was less than helpful, the statement that the poles are not covered by the guarantee is almost laughable…as how can the statutory guarantee only cover the fabric inbetween them??? Rubbish service, easily broken product, a worthless guarantee and a review inspiring email from ‘customer support’ read on… you should be ashamed of yourselves Outdoor Revolution

Our poles aren't covered by the warranty as they all can have a tendency to break, due to weathers and misuse.
However whilst I am not qualified to advise on instructions to fix said poles, I would search on social media as, if you are quite handy I would assume this should be fairly straightforward.
The only other option would be to return it to the retailer you bought it from with your proof of purchase.

What a great company. So helpful with my request to repair an awning I had passed on as a donation to a worthy cause( donation towards a defibrillator). All dealt with swiftly and such a friendly manner. A super quality product with after sakes to match !

Spoke to Chris about upgrading my old Movelite. He was so helpful and it was refreshing to get a great service! Much appreciated!

Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Chris and explained our issue with bladder failure on our air awning. We are on holiday so Chris has arranged for a replacement to be sent direct to our campsite. He gave some great advice re replacing said bladder. Great to know that a lifetime guarantee works as we’ve had the awning since 2017. Looking forward to our replacement via FedEx.

Bought a outdoor revolution SIM for camping. Valve has faulted with less than 2 weeks use so it keeps deflating. We are now outside the year warranty as the fault occurred at the start of our holiday 18 months after purchase. Its such a shame as it is a really comfortable mattress and i slept so well on it during the first camping trip (while it was still in warranty). But an expensive item if it needs replacing every 2 years.
As bought from another stockist outdoor revolution/blue diamond state that it is the suppliers responsibility to resolve not them.

Had a problem down in Cornwall. customer service response was superb. New parts sent down overnight and technical support to get us up and running again was as good as could be expected.

Love dealing with the guys at this company.

We bought an Outdoor Revolution e sport 325 awning that was manufacturer refurbished and had a new air bladder fitted. It was a nightmare to erect as the bladder wouldn't stay in the tubes when inflating it. Then it burst! After getting a new bladder from the manufacturer under warranty the following season it burst again, always on the seam which makes it impossible to repair. This was the third bladder and I was so annoyed with it we threw it away and bought a poled Sunncamp awning, it takes 10 minutes to erect and was half the price. What a waste of money, these awnings are not fit for purpose!

We bought an Outdoor Revolution Movelite T3E Low and accessories in October 2022.

On our first trip in May 25th 2023 there was a hole in the rear tube. Lots of anxiety and frustration. I emailed A&E and Roger rang me to take me through getting the tube out to see what the problem was. A big hole in a brand new tube in a brand new awning. A repair was successfully done to get us through the holiday. On our second trip it was raining and water was on our cooker. We noticed a tear in the roof. Both A&E and Outdoor Revolution both say we have snagged it and it’s not a warranty issue.
We both disagree as it’s as if this awning was substandard from the beginning!

I do not recommend this awning as ours has issues from the start so I don’t know what a perfect awning would be like to review it. If the material is so thin it can be snagged on ? (We don’t believe we snagged this awning as there isn’t anything it can be snagged on)

A replacement awning would have been nice but obviously not to be.

I purchased an Outdoor Revolution Camp Star Rock 'N' Roll 100 Self Inflating Mat in March 2022, by June 2023 it would constantly leak through the valves so we would wake up uncomfortably on a completely deflated mattress. Outdoor Revolution refused to do anything about this because it had been over 12 months from the purchase dates.

Buy a Vango California mattress instead, much better quality.

Known fault that the air tube sleeves that support the bladders fail. Lifetime warranty only covers the rubber insert which is useless without the sleeves which aren’t available to buy as spares.
Left with a £1500 tent which is now scrap after 4 years light use.
Customer services don’t care and believe that 4 years is good enough.

So much thought has gone into the design of this tent - there are so many nifty design features that we're still discovering after 3 camping trips! We've camped for 30 years and the Airedale 5.0S is a quality product. The 2nd time it seemed to struggle in high winds but (thanks to the comprehensive explanation from Chris in Support) we corrected our pitching technique, which solved the issue. Would highly recommend!

Enquired about spart parts for camping furniture, and customer service (Chris) had the part out to me very quickly with no charge. Excellent customer service. that will keep me returning for their products. Many thanks,

Just a quick note to say what amazing customer service was provided, especially by Chris Smith. We'd managed to lose our camping portable toilet cap, but Chris went way and above finding us a replacement part and even arranging for it to be delivered straight to our campsite!!! Will be eternally grateful on a rainy night ;-)
