Outdoor Revolution Arvostelua 

I needed get some help with an air pole in a turismo air XL which was losing air but had no punctures. I had the pleasure of dealing with a chap by the name of Chris who I have to say was exemplary in both his customer care and going the extra mile to help me get a resolution to the problem. I have dealt with many customer support services from various companies and have always been disappointed however with regards to Chris and outdoor revolution I would have to say together they embody what customer support is all about. Thank you Chris you are one in a million😊

Had the pleasure of speaking to a customer care member CHRIS. This guy is the reason why customers would want to go back to shop with this company. I may have his job title wrong but believe me outstanding customer care skills and he does care about customers as much as he believes In the product. This is a rarity in todays shopping experience. A massive thank you to Chris and Outdoor Revolution a company I will promote all day long.

Bought a used caravan and outdoor revolution air awning 360 pro esprit. Went away three times worked fine 4 th time one of the tubes burst at the end seems a common problem see other reviews. Tried to glue it as the tear was 10 mm, no chance. Email customer service took 5 days to answer the message? They recommended a new tube they sent me a link, my awning wasn’t on the list and most were out of stock! Emailed them back never answered the return email?. Think we’ll go back to a metal tube one a lot stronger.

Outdoor revolution air awnings are best avoided. I wasted my money on an Elise 260 which suffered air beam failures almost every time I used it. It came with a 'lifetime warranty' on the airbeams however they never had stock as the first bladder took 4 months and the last time I waited 8 months and still no replacement beam. The replacement beam they first sent me failed after 1 day as it split on the seam at the end. Even the beam I sourced myself lasted just one caravaning session. When I requested an additional spare beam I was bluntly told no chance. The awning was poor quality in other areas too, for example it faded very badly after just 1 season/6 weekend uses and also let in water through the roof fabric, as the water proofing wore off quickly.
When I emailed them to cancel getting a replacement beam rather than waste their time and to let them know I had binned the awning they didn't bother to respond, such is their interest in after sales or their customers.
If you want an air awning do yourself a favour and get a Kampa or Vango as they have excllent backup. With outdoor revolution you buy cheap and end up buying twice.

bought the drive away awning new at a motorhome exhibition looks great with quality material. because of covid it remained unused apart from a couple of practice runs in the garden. A valve failed and it constantly deflated, a spare was supplied with a tool to fit. The company must be aware of the fault. After that the door zips started to fail the poor quality became apparent. It will cost to much to get new zips so the bin awaits after having only used it six times. An expensive mistake. The company should look at the reviews and listen to its customers we are only trying to help improve your product

Went camping with a friend who had an Airbeam awning for his motorhome. Where did you get that from I asked? Outdoor Revolution he said. So I gave their website a visit, saw one I liked and gave them a call. They had a "sales" option on the answer machine, but the sales woman who answered said they don't sell their awnings, they only make'em! I'd have to go through their recommended retailers, she went on to add. So I searched through their list of retailers local to me, hopped into the car and gave them a visit, and they seemed unaware of being an Outdoor Revolution retailer. So I phoned Outdoor Revolution again who then suggested an online retailer about 100 miles away from me, who'd take my order and deliver to the door. The obvious question here, is why can't Outdoor Revolution catch up with the 21st Century and do the online sales themselves? - afterall they have a sales department! Why send potential customers on this brain numbing roundabout? 66% 1 star/negative reviews is NOT good and Outdoor Revolution needs to start taking responsibility and account of themselves, and stop off-loading their own bad outdated business practices on their retailers. Anyway, placed an order and awaiting to see what happens.
Part 2: When I placed the order, at the retailer, as instructed, Outdoor Revolution told the retailer everything on order was "in stock" and should therefore be delivered to the retailer within 5 days. 10 days later the retailer phoned with an update to say bits and bobs have arrived, but they are awaiting for the other bits to arrive from other retailers!! So lets get this right, you have to go a recognised retailer to order items from Outdoor Revolution, who then in turn call in parts of the order from other retailers from all over the UK and dispatch them down to my local retailer. So "in stock' means Outdoor Revolution doesn't have the stock in their Warehouse, but it is "in stock" somewhere in the UK within its network of retailers. Its desceptive marking of its worst form.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I bought the safari lodge 8 tent and cost me £2500, first time putting it up it had a few faults, took pictures for proof and after speaking to Chris today he was trying to blame all the faults on myself, they take no accountability at all, are rude and intimidating, I will be taking this matter to trading standards, avoid outdoor revolution at all costs

Absolutely shocking! Spent over £900 on air windbreakers from this company. All the tubes burst because the sleeves perished. The first set I had the skins discoloured and perished within 2 months and the company recognised a fault with the material. However they refuse to accept fault on the sleeve part of the breakers rendering them useless. I spent an additional £140 on replacement tubes that burst without protection of replacement sleeves. I paid for repair on replacement sleeves but due to the poor quality of the material they split again.
The customer service is appalling, no accountability and despite the fact that they make the breakers they don’t replace necessary parts ( even though I offered to pay for them).
Avoid their air windbreakers at all costs.

These 5 star does not give enough recognition and appraisal to finest committed service I have recently received in last few days, by Outdoor Revolution Manager named Jason.

I recently experienced an unexpected situation while purchasing from one online retailer, who is selling Outdoor Revolution products. Things went seriously wrong with this retailer, leaving me I was at the tether's end since my purchase was a wedding gift.

Frustrated and lost as to wherelse I could purchase the same product, but from a different online retailer, I decided to approach the Manufacturer themselve... I approached Outdoor Revolution for advice. At this point, is where Jason took my call...

And...

Wow !

Jason meant business to resolve my case presented him! Jason instantly (in a committed to the brand's name way), sort to address my situation of the problem with Outdoor Revolution product called Blue Diamond Composting Toilet, which I purchased off some online store with lots of grief attached to my purchase!!

Evident to me, Jason is conviction CONVICTION FILLED, in upholding the high business and manufacture's standard as OutdoorRevolution has.

Jason wasted no time at all, with seeking to liaise with the retailer, whom I'd purchased my Outdoor Revolution' Blue Diamond composting toilet from, to resolve my issue.

I sincerely appreciate experiencing Outdoor Revolution as being of the the highest reputable brands within camping industry products. But, my appreciation exceeds BECAUSE of their commitment to living to the their high name, as exceptionally displayed in representation by Jason's genuine determination, in ensuring his upholding of plausible high standards, when issues arise, as issues arised in my case as an online customer, who recently purchased Outdoor Revolution's Blue Diamond composting toilet.

Basically in a nut shell !! ... Jason is a star.

Outdoor Revolution's Senior Management...as you read this review, please KINDLY ENSURE..that you give Jason your highest appraisal and reward. This man rightly deserves this.

Jason, comes across like he's been working as an Outdoor Revolution staff for 15 - 20 years. You can feel his sincere passion, conviction and commitment for resolutions, but not just for the brand's name sake, but that Jason REALLY is a star at heart, in want to achieve CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Jason honours the name brand he is working for, with a doubt in my opinion from my experience.

I bought my first OR tent and camped in it once. The roof has torn apart. I'm not sure that the material quality is fit for purpose. I will be avoiding all OR products and looking elsewhere in future. I found customer service rude.

I needed a part for an outdoor revolution inflatable draught excluder which I was unable to find in my local camping equipment outlets.

A quick email to Blue Diamond Products asking where to buy the part needed resulted in the receipt of said item in the post a few days later and the biggest surprise was that there was no charge.

Now that’s what I call customer service .

Excellent and very impressed.

What can I say! This company is brilliant! Had a broken part on our Outdoor Revolution Air Awning. Emailed Blue Diamond Support Ltd. & they said they would post what we needed out to us asap. 2 days later the parts arrived. Thank you so much. Would give 10 stars if I could!

will not buy anything else from this company if you have a problem its your fault my awning is a nightmare spent alot off money on it wish i kept my old one and found one customer service very rude sent in a complaint and nothing dont buy from this shower all sweetness at first and warranty is a joke

I’m gonna try and leave an honest review of our new airdale 9dse. After always having outwell tents but after they let me down I took the plunge and moved to outdoor revolution. I was apprehensive to start with but I was very pleasantly surprised
First of all the tent it’s self is phenomenal. Spacious with plenty of doors and windows. Love the black out bedroom especially on summer mornings with a 5 year old. The tent is absolutely huge for just 3 of us but it’s nice to have plenty of space.
This tent ticked every single box that I wanted in a tent. The side annexes were brilliant. One as a toilet and one as a storage/playroom. The bedrooms unzipped to make one huge space for the 3 of us.
It only took 30 mins to pitch for the first time. Love the fact you cannot over inflate the beams.
The front door comes almost completely off to give a nice airy open plan awning feel.
The added storm straps are a good addition to for the windy British day
Now the bad points only from my own experience with tents and I’ve had a few over the years. These bad points might not be the same for the next person
The pegging system is not good. The pegs are not substantial enough for the size of the tent. I have had to change them all to better ones.
The guy ropes are the same colour as the tent so hard to see in any light. We had many trip ups.
The bag is not fit for purpose with the handles you would have to be 12 foot tall to be able to carry the sheer weight with those handles. Small Handles on the side of the bag would be better so you had something to grab as it’s so heavy.
The tub groundsheet for the front is awkward to fit but once down doesn’t move.
I don’t think I have a bad thing to say about the actual tent. The bad points I have are all things that a minor/trivial.
We havnt had to have any dealings customer service yet so I cannot comment on that yet

Amazing products and customer service. I had to phone up there head office, so helpful and returned my calls. Craig was amazing and so professional and helpful. A great company. This was part of the blue diamond group. Many thanks for such a fabulous service

Bought an e sport air 325 in summer 2018, October 2021 it started going down , found the leak which was a pin hole next to a seam . Spoke to outdoor revolution who posted a repair kit out ( but didn't work as only a couple of millimetres from the seam. Spoke to OR who posted a complete bladder. Just fitted the new bladder. My experience with OR is brilliant,customer service kept me in the loop

Perhaps the worst customer service and worst products I've ever had the misfortune to be exposed to. Awning that was utterly not fit for purpose and not even constructed the same as the brochure photos, couple that with the most dismissive customer service representatives I've ever known and you have some idea of what they are like. I look forward to finally meeting them at the shows this year.

THE LIFETIME GUARENTEE ON BLADERS IS WORTHLESS.
We bought an OR Esprit 420 Pro RVs when our boys grew older and wanted to sleep in the awning, due to Covid we could not use the awning for several months, on our first outing the bladder on the annexe failed and I had to erect the inner tent in the awning itself, which worked for the weekend and OR sent out a replacement bladder within days .
On our next outing to Cornwall a zip that contains the bladder failed, this was July 2021 OR have recently informed us that they no longer stock the bladder that was compromised when the zip failed so the awning is now useless. Why offer a lifetime guarantee if you do not have the stock to back this up?

We bought a new Outdoor Revolution Awning. After 2 days use, the Zip failed. Upon inspection it was evident the zip had originally been 2 zips pieced together, and must have been done during manufacture.
The 'joint' was so poor the teeth on the zip became loose and therefore failed.
In short the quality is very poor - and not fit for purpose.
I would never buy this manufacturers product again, and if Trustpilot were able to allow us to give Zero, or Negative stars I would !!

I purchase an outdoor revolution 360 espirit pro s air awning which does not look right when attached to the caravan. Had numerous contact with them and was told various things to do but nothing worked. The awning has gone back to them for review however its been nearly 3 weeks and I have had no contact from them, whenever I phone they palm me off with an excuse or they say they will get someone to call me back but this never happens.

I will never buy any outdoor revolution products again because the customer service is terrible and the products are even worse.

All I want is a refund so I can buy an awning fit for purpose and not the rubbish they are selling!
