Absolutely blown away by the customer service of this company I can't remember who I spoke to but I have the outdoor revolution settee and unfortunately have a puncture in it so I called up to ask if they do a repair kit for it and he has replaced the whole thing for me wasn't expecting that at all I'm so so thankful as I genuinely couldn't have afforded to buy a new sofa this year for it so I'm truly grateful thanku to the wonderful man I spoke to I'm so sorry I don't remember your name

Myself and my husband just wanted to say thank you so much to your aftersales team for the excellent service we received regarding a fault in a windbreak we purchased at the NEC in February.
Jason, we think his name is, contacted my husband to confirm exactly what the fault was, he told us that he would send a replacement straight away, advised us to hold on to the original as a spare but not only that, he would send a repair kit for the original windbreak!!! The replacement arrived as promised with its own repair kit included plus a second kit for the original.
Absolutely amazing service, we will certainly recommend your company to our family and friends.

Updated response to OR’s reply; Understood,but this was bought at the NEC show and delivered 3 weeks later. No chance to review until first attempt to erect on site. Sounds like your recommendation is to not buy at shows because there’s every chance it won’t be right?

Like many others here, bought a drive away awning at the NEC (T3E); looks great at the show but reality is very difficult… but by the time it arrives (several weeks later) and you get chance to use it for real it’s all too late.

I’m a 30 year veteran of pole tents, air tents, campers, etc. but this is without doubt the hardest to erect and most disappointing I’ve ever wasted money on.

The valves don’t align with the sleeve holes, making it a real chore to inflate, stitching appears misaligned so it doesn’t sit “straight”, again making it hard to inflate and then the misalignment makes it near impossible to deflate fully so it never packs away in the bag.

Very disappointed, would never buy again at any price (it ruins your first and last day) and would suggest avoid unless you’ve physically erected and packed away the specific one you’re buying in the shop.

Wow where do I start after speaking to Chris today I have bought an item for my tent (sun canopy) he was so helpful and polite which is very rare these days in the sales market his knowledge and expertise was amazing I would definitely recommend these for all your camping stuff keep up the good work Chris and not to forget Chelsea many thanks

Problem with the bladder on my Eclipse Pro 330 blowing through the zip on the main frame of the awning. Sent photos of the problem to seek advice from OR customer services. Once they had confirmed that my warranty for the awning was registered they could not be more helpful, and a new bladder (£200 to buy) was sent to me next day. I've not fitted it yet, due to weather conditions, but friendly service and good advice were excellent.

I bought an Outdoor Revolution ScreenHouse 4 and a ground sheet. I had an issue with the condition of a groundsheet storage bag (the groundsheet was fine), it was ripped all along one side and very dirty. Looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse!! So I contacted Outdoor Revolution and they were brilliant at sorting out my issue! They could not supply another unit as the one I had bought was the last one in stock! But I received an exceptionally high-valued item as compensation for the ripped bag,. Well over and above what I would expect. Great service and help from Chris and all at Outdoor Revolution. Thanks Guys!!

Was away this November in the Lake District when an air bladder failed on my Elise awning. Contacted Customer Services at Outdoor Revolution and spoke to Chris who straight away said he would get a replacement out to me….great service. Then I asked if I could get any additional middle beams for my awning as they were no longer in production. After a trip to the warehouse he phoned back and to my surprise he had exactly what I wanted plus a lounge liner! I can honestly say that this was a unique experience in that I have never had such amazing service before from a company. Many thanks again Chris and it goes without saying that I would strongly recommend Outdoor Revolution products to anyone as the products are excellent and the after sales service fantastic.

Excellent service from Chris and the Customer Service team. My air awning kit had a wrong sized part in it that I was hoping to exchange. They offered to sent the correct part and a spare as a gesture of goodwill. Service that was above and beyond expectation. Thank you.

He sent me a new nozzle for the awning pump and some glue for any potential repair.

It is a treat to have have such great customer service and I am most grateful to him for his expert advice; he really does know what he is on about.

Outstanding after sales care from Chris regarding the "When Nature Calls" camping lav. Will defo buy again with confidence.

Had an issue with our tent (Airedale 9.0) the beam over the bedroom kept deflating. I contacted outdoor revolution for advice, the correspondence I had was faultless, I was sent a new beam and valves within days of my query. Chris who I was in correspondence with was very friendly and helpful, would recommend outdoor revolution to anyone! Thanks for all your help 😁

Having left home for a Caravanning break, we realised that we had left a vital piece of kit at home…. The nozzle to inflate the awning!! We contacted Outdoor Revolution by email, to ask for help, and boy, did they deliver. We received a call the following day from Chris, who immediately understood our dilemma. His solution? He went straight to the warehouse, found the correct nozzle, and posted it first class to the next site on our vacation! Having worked in retail for many years. I feel he went way above the call of duty, and saved our bacon. Thanks Chris, a big big thank you for your excellent customer service!!

I bought one of their products from Halfords which arrived faulty and had nothing but difficulty when trying to correspond with them to arrange a replacement. I received absolutely shocking customer service from Halfords in store and customer service phone team and never in my life have found it so difficult to request a replacement of a faulty item from any retailer. Really bizarre and disappointing.

As I was getting absolutely nowhere with Halfords, I called Outdoor Revolution and spoke to someone called Jason. I explained to him the situation and that the awning I had purchased was fine, just that the tent poles came broken, and he immediately asked me for my details so that they could send a new set of poles out to me, no questions asked. The poles were sent out to me with a very prompt courier and with tracking, and free of charge.

I experienced two polar opposites of customer service during this experience and Outdoor Revolution solved my query immediately.

Also the awning is great so far.

Chris in customer Service has been great, he did not stop until he had resolved my query. I cannot praise him enough for the help he has given my. Absolutely great customer service, a great company to deal with.
