Outdoor Revolution Arvostelua 

Had an issue with the air tube on an older Outdoor Revolution Movelite 2Xl drive away awning.
Spoke to a lady initially who put me on to the spares department. A very knowledgeable gentleman (sorry didn't catch his name) answered and I was immediately put at ease as he really knew his stuff. He explained about the type of replacement tube I needed and how to fit once I received it. The awning is not a new model so it was great that a tube could be found that would fit. Only two days later the tube has just been delivered. It's very stormy at the moment so I won't be replacing the tube today, but I have every faith that it will be a good fit and if not their customer service was so good, I will have no concerns with respect to to getting it exchanged.

I rang Outdoor Revolution reference a drive away awning and was helped by Chris who went above and beyond to explain everything to me.

This company appears to be owned by Blue Diamond Products. I bought an OR drive away awning because I'd been told they were good quality. No, they're not. On the 3rd time of using it, one of the angled connectors in the poles snapped when the wind blew strongly during the night. Still under warranty. Rang up. Sorry, poles not covered. Can you send me replacement. Sorry, we don't do spares because they're so cheap to buy elsewhere. £5 he said. Not true. If I do find somewhere that sells replacement poles, it will be over £40. Lesson learned. I won't be buying anymore of their products that's for sure! In answer to the companies response - there is NOT a spare angled connector which is the part that has snapped - as I explained. And I'm unable to find a replacement. And it is not canvas - it's nylon and the poles and connectors are not fit for purpose.

I bought the above as I thought it would be a convenient comfortable addition to my camper - I was wrong. I had it for a few months before I decided to unpack it prior to a trip. After opening the valves fully I gave up waiting for it to inflate for an hour at which point it was less than half inflated! I then topped itup with a small electric low pressure pump. To be fair, the only plus point is that the valves are easy to adjust for comfort - and here is the other problem, despite all the hype, it is the least comfortable sleeping mattress I have tried in over 50 years of camping! It was either too hard or your hips hit the floor. Then it came to pack it away and here was the final insult, it took a great deal of wrestling to expel the air from it, again, to be fair, it went back into the bag quite easily which is where it will remain until I sell it! In answer to the reply, I did all of steps mentioned as I am an experienced camper and a former outdoor activities instructor - so I’m not stupid. I know how to adjust an air mat as I’ve had and used many over the 50+ years that I have been camping. Another point I forgot to mention was the total lack of instructions with the product and the failed instruction link on their website!

Just had our 1st trip out in the Movelite T3E driveaway awning and this is one impressive bit of kit! Easy to erect, highly functional and everything looks to be of top-quality construction.
Furthermore, their customer service and support is exemplary! Had a query about a certain part of the tent and they were quick, concise and extremely helpful - a breath of fresh air when everything seems to be automated and AI these days.
I'm a happy camper!

I have nothing but great things to say about 'outdoor revolutions'. I bought an air awning and annexe from them roughly 2 years ago! After an issue with the wrong annexe being supplied, this was soon rectified!
Since then Ive had a very small part on the awning break on me! I contacted the customer service team to ask how to purchase the part I needed and within a few days I had a reply from them, confirming what part I needed, and they ended up sending me out the parts free of charge! They certainly didn't need to do that, so to me they have gone the extra mile in aftercare! To top it off, Ive had contact details of where to go for advise on getting the repair done, and then also extra tips of how to assemble my awning so as to protect it going forward! All info that I have taken on board, and very much appreciate! They only name I have is 'Chris', so thankyou Chris - keep up the great work! I do tell people about my camping purchases and would defo recommend you guys every time!
I felt I was dealt with quickly, given in-depth info and treated as a valued customer! Again thankyou to Chris and the team at outdoor revolution!!

Really poor customer service we have a movelite oxygen air frame 3 xl and need a replacement tube and the company do not respond to any form of communication.
Has anyone else had the same response ?

Pile of shite. Great tent until it goes wrong. Dont expect any spares ( waiting two years) customer service (tubeless) I had a two year old model which is obsolete. Only cost £1000. Umm no help from the team an d feel let down. Recommend another manufacturer any day or be sad and awning less like us. I would not recommend. Correspondence is rubbish. Reason for now comment is the lack of service

Wrong company. However when I called them they were very helpful gave me the phone number and email address of the correct one. It was outdoorcworld direct . Who were equally as good . They pucked the awning up today by courier . Hassle free.

We bought an awning for our van for going away this weekend . When opening out one of the poles are cracked and all the guys were tangled . Managed to untangle the ropes. My husband bought it ex display but in nnew condition . I have contacted eBay and the store . As yet I have not had a response. I know it is Easter weekend. Is there a phone number to contact them? The assist thread was not very good . It sent me to email.
I would like a replacement or a refund or to buy one which isn't ex display . I expected it to be in tact . I feel it has been dismantled and shipped without care. Can someone please look at my situation please. It was a lot of money not to be right. I am going my main holiday on 5th July for a week. Luckily this weekend was a 1 night trial

Update 18 month on: Yes our Outdoor Revolution was a nice awning, but sadly went to shreds after a two months use during the year and had to be replaced.
I think the key here is that Nylon-type awnings do suffer badly from Ultra Violet light if used over an extended period.
I never enjoy having to give any company a negative review and it gives me no pleasure having to leave this update.
I realise that it cost us a lot more money, but we ultimately ended up with an Isabella Magnum 400.

I bought the inflatable sofa from Amazon. It went soft after a few hours. Amazon were useless but when I emailed Outdoor Revolution with a photo of my Amazon order they immediately sent me a replacement inner within two days. Excellent customer service I will be buying more from this company.

I purchased the Outdoor Revolution Airdale 6.0SE and have been very pleased with the tent. I experienced an issue that was all my fault and needed help to resolve it. I contacted customer service via email and got a response right away. They was Happy to help and did so. It's rare to find good customer service. I got lucky and got Great customer service. Thank you for the help.

Contacted Customer Services after we purchased a secondhand caravan that came with an Outdoor Revolution awning. Had an issue with the bag and although we weren't direct Customers, Chris went above and beyond expectations to resolve. Many thanks Chris, superb customer service 👏

What amazing customer service this company has Chris has gone above and beyond sorting out a problem I had met him at the NEC show spoke to him on the Friday and he messaged me on Monday saying a replacement part is being shipped out and I received it on Tuesday. I can’t believe he remembered about it as he must have spoken to hundreds of people that week. All I can say is a massive thank you to Chris and the company for sorting it out so quickly.
