We absolutely love Outdoor Revolution, the quality of the equipment is brilliant! Almost all of our camping gear is OR and it is great!

The customer service reflects the quality too as when I had an issue recently (a self inflicted issue where I damaged a component) they bent over backwards to help!

To the Yorkshire man who thinks he's John travolta, thank you so so much for all your help, you are a very efficient and polite guy who has gone over and above to help us with our enquiry about a replacement bladder for our kalahari se 7pc.
Dont know what we would have done without your help. Thank you so much.

I had to contact their customer services for support with a replacement airbeam. They replied really quickly throughout and it was all sorted within the same day! Really pleased - thank you!

I have an 8 year old esprit pro that popped , I email the customer service re a replacement .
Got a very quick reply and asked how much and delivery time .
The reply came that they would send the replacement as a good will gesture.
Which as said appeared a few days later .
Very much appreciated .
Will definitely be when update my awning looking to go with outdoor revolution .

I love the products but the website is a problem, a major let down, as many of the links don't work. I have a model of air awning From a previous year but no instructions. The instructions are supposed to be there on the website, but any possible links generate "our bad" pages.

Bad quality product. Customer service are only good at shifting the blame onto the customer so they can look and feel better. Look at previous bad reviews, all say roughly the same. Poor quality and even worse customer service. They say that they read reviews to improve service but it looks like they take no notice at all.

An excellent company with amazing customer services. They were so helpful and solved a problem extremely quickly. I can’t thank them enough.

We purchased an Ozone 6.0 XTR 5 years ago and it is still serving us well. Recently had an issue with one of the air beams deflating slowly. Got in touch with the company and they sent out a replacement beam and we received it within days.

I found the company very good to deal with, no complaints at all.

My air awning has just deflated again - we have been through 3 tubes.The last time we spent an afternoon putting the tubes in the awning ourselves.Complete waste of time .The caravan is too small without an awning.Holiday ruined again 😳

Requested some replacement poles due to mine been misplaced. Was told they was a takeover currently ongoing so had to wait a month. Waited a month still no further. Got an email today saying due to the waiting time they have sent me the poles out free of charge. Great communication throughout,

Very helpful and efficient customer service.

My air awning valve developed a fault when out of warranty. I contacted the company and they very kindly posted a new valve to me at no cost.
This is refreshing to know that some companies put positive customer service a priority. Thank you.

What a awful company, I’ve been awaiting a replacement bladder for my Movelite T4E driveway awning since September 25, still no stock and when I’ve asked for the dimensions so an approved( suggested after market by blue diamond) provider can manufacture one they can’t even provide that. Don’t buy outdoor revolution there customer service is appalling. Vango from now on for me

Deserve no stars. This review is more to do with the customer service. The awning i purchased from A2Z Camping was in my opinion repaired then sold as new or it was seconds. Outdoor Revolution make excuses for the very bad quality. It didn't even last one night and part of it ripped. They blame the customer for pitching it incorrectly which it wasn't and i have photographs to prove it or say the tab is meant to rip away which is an excuse for poor quality. A half inch tab with one row of stitching will not hold anything. They take no responsibility for the appalling quality. The worst quality i have seen on an awning. Any decent company would hold their hands up and take ownership of the product quality and not blame the customer when it rips. AVOID

Having bought a rock and roll bed matress, Stan the Golden Retriever puppy ate one of the valve covers. Though I did send a cute picture, the team at Outdoor Revolution took sympathy on my.pligjt a d sent me a replacement cap. The support and customer service was outstanding and I will come back to them for future purchases. Thank you so much formyour great support...and the matress is super comfy.

Just reviewing some of the comments as i bought one of their awnings 12 years ago. Sorry to say im joining the queue of one star reviews bought one of their "premium awnings" what a pile of shite that was it never pitched correctly was a pig to put up, looked out of shape. It soon started to leak. Currently stuck at the back of the garage ready for when i next do a visit to the tip. On the whole poor qualityand customer service. Doesnt look like they've made any effort to improve after all these years. Average 3.6 not good. Much better awnings on the market for similar money

Ich habe mir vor ca. 3 Jahren das Caravan Vorzelt Evora 390 Pro Climate gekauft. Ich habe das Zelt 2025 schon einmal bewertet und habe auch weiterhin Probleme mit Luftverlust. Nachdem der Hersteller ( Sitz in GB ) mir die Garantie auf den Luftbalk verweigert hat, ich hätte mich vorher bei diesem registrieren müssen, habe ich selbst eine Flickaktion gestartet. Einmal ein Riss in der Naht und der Ventilsitz des Überdruckventil. Beides hat gut geklappt und ist auch dicht. Bei meinem Osterurlaub hat das Vorzelt die ersten drei Tage den Luftdruck gut gehalten, ich musste auch nicht mehr nachpumpen, bis am 4. Tag auf einmal der Druck wieder zusammenfiel und ich das Zelt abbauen musste. Da ist wohl schon wieder irgendwo die Naht gerissen. Das Vorzelt hat mal bei Reimo 1299 Euro gekostet, wurde dann im Lauf der Zeit auf 899 Euro runtergesetzt, jetzt ist das Zelt bei Reimo nicht mehr verfügbar, es gab wohl mehrere Beanstandungen. Die Firma Reimo ist nur der Händler, nicht der Hersteller.
Der Hersteller hat jetzt noch einmal betont, ich hätte das Vorzelt registrieren müssen und dieses steht auch auf der Website des Herstellers. Ich habe das Zelt aber nicht beim Hersteller gekauft, sondern von einem Händler. Bei dem wurde ich nicht speziell informiert, das ich das Vorzelt dringend registrieren muss, um lebenslange Garantie zu erhalten, wie es in der Zeltbeschreibung steht. Lebenslang ist lebenslang ! Ich kann mit der Rechnung beweisen, das ich das Zelt gekauft habe.
Heute am 23.05.2026, habe ich das Loch in der Naht geflickt, aufgepumpt und es ist ein neues Loch/Riss, 5 cm daneben, in der Naht entstanden. Letzter Versuch, wenn dann wieder die Naht aufgeht, gebe ich endgültig auf und kaufe mir ein neues Vorzelt, aber bestimmt nicht von dem Hersteller.
Ich habe die Naht noch rin letztes mal geflickt, über Nacht den Flicken trocknen lassen und heute aufgepumpt. Der Flicken hat warscheinlich gehalten, aber es zischt schon wieder an der gleichen Stelle, warscheinlich 5 cm weiter. Da löst sich wohl die ganze Naht auf. Nun ist meine Geduld am Ende und das Vorzelt geht in den Müll.

Couldn’t agree more with the last post. Outdoor Revolution/Blue Diamond claim to make the ‘most innovative and reliable products,’……..absolute poppycock! As stated by many, when you have a fault the customer service and communication are non existent. Strongly advise to shop elsewhere!

Following the reply: couple of important points for those considering an OR/BD product - 1. The sofa lasted 1 day and discussions started that day and 2. Your communication has been none existent barring this reply!

I've had nothing but issues with an awning from Outdoor Revolution since the first time I put it up.

The issue has been dismissed everytime even though issue can clearly be seen in footage that was sent over by myself and their inspection team, but they fail to acknowldge them.

I would never recommend a manufacturer who clearly cannot identify a fault with their own product and treat their customers so appaulingly.

And the worse part is that they will do everything through a middle man (i.e. no direct contact).

Whatmore, this company has 4 star average reviews with a very large proportion of those being 1 star, starting to see how this may be misleading. I suspect if you have no issues, then you're probably quite happy, but if you happen to need to contact customer service with an issue, good luck.

This is regarding a "Outdoor Revolution Cayman AIR Drive-Away Awning - LOW" awning with a problematic door.

Yes and they have told me there is nothing more you will do and that your decision is "final", which I completely disagree with. They want nothing more to do with this, I want to speak with the people making the "final" decisions, not the messengers.

The claim that there is 'no issue' with this awning is respectfully challenged. Visual evidence (video) confirms excessive, localized tension at the specific door corner, even when the unit is pitched in ideal conditions.

This particular door has consistently been difficult to operate despite multiple onsite adjustments, while all other doors function correctly. This is not a standard pitching or pegging issue, nor is it a matter of user-setup error. The functional deficiency is exacerbated significantly when deployed on typical campsite grounds. This is indicative of an inherent design or manufacturing flaw that introduces unnecessary, high tension into a critical stress point.

While I acknowledge the constraints of the current warranty process following product purchase, it is disappointing that the objective and documented evidence of a clear product deficiency is being dismissed.

Bought an outdoor revolution camping (low wattage kettle).
The ketttle was faulty and leaked around the clear plastic windows let into the stainless steel body of the kettle. It then drizzles water onto the baseplate potentially creating an electric shock hazard.

The kettle leaked from day one of use, but we had purchased it 6 months prior as part of kitting out our van build. In that 6 months the retailer had gone out of business, so we couldn't get a refund or replacement from them.

No problem we thought, the item is clearly faulty, and clearly virtually unused, and we have proof of purchasing the item within a reasonable warranty period c. 6 months.

Outdoor revolution as manufacturer / distributor were completely uninterested and refused to provide a replacement, or any kind of manufacturer warranty.

I would never buy anything labeled outdoor revolution again.

They also import LPG stoves, be aware the stove is designed to operate direct from a cylinder, without a regulator. The fitting on the stove is common in Australia and New Zealand, and you can buy a hose for it in pretty much any camping shop, but OR can't / won't supply one to you in UK. You'll be stuck with a puny 6" long hose that only connects to disposable cannisters.

Having read other peoples reviews, I now await OR's stock response that I or my wife were rude or brusque, or wouldn't accept any advice etc, etc.
Funny how all the folks who have a problem with the quality of ORs customer support get gaslit by them the same way.
