OSR Arvostelua 

Quando ho letto le recensioni negative, ho avuto qualche dubbio e ho iniziato un po' a temere. Pacco ordinato il 07/10, arrivato il 14/10 in perfette condizioni. 5 giorni lavorativi come previsto!!
Bellissima la certificazione, veloce la spedizione, tutto perfetto!

È arrivato in 6 giorni, in perfette condizioni.

Ordinato il pacco più di 20 giorni fa. Dopo più di una settimana che non arrivava mando una mail e mi rispondono che il pacco è stato perso e ne invieranno un altro, un altro che non si è mai visto e non si sa se arriverà mai dato che non so quanti altri giorni siano passati. Incommentabile.

De verpakking is compleet beschadigd binnengekomen. Alles lang los geslingerd in de doos.

De grootste giftpakket die je kan geven is slechts een beschadigde kartonnen doos van de buitenkant, waar ook de adres gegevens op staan en je naam op wordt geschreven met stift, en de binnenkant is slechts een paar stukjes karton wat uit elkaar valt en niet goed in elkaar zit.

Er zit slechts een kleine sticker op de doos op alles bij elkaar te houden. Ik heb een extra briefje op de doos (over de adresgegevens heen) om te vermelden dat de verpakking / doos beschadigd is geleverd om te voorkomen dat er zou worden gedacht “Wat is dit nou voor cadeau”

De telescoop is niet van geweldige kwaliteit. Het glazenbolletje lag los, etc.

Niet de 90 euro waard.verder wel een heel mooi gebaar en de certificaat en het digitale aspect zagen er wel goed uit.

I bought a box of the most expensive kit from your company. More than $100 . To honor my son who passed away. I received the order late. But the worst is the quality delivered. The box all crumpled and torn without any care to pack the products inside are cardboard and everything crumpled and torn. A crap service. The map that was supposed to be framed came crumpled. You do a rubbish job! They play with people's emotions and with that they make money but with a terrible quality of service. I do not indicate. I don't buy and do and I will make a point of taking down your sales. Because paying for something expensive and receiving this work that even a child would do better. TERRIBLE , horrable company.

Osr is telling truth to what they give you and what you recieve, despite negative reviews people who want to give a gift as novelty and put their occasions and memories linked to a real star know exactly what they get. And they get it in the best quality and support! Just you need to know you are not buying a real star but you are linking your memories to a star coordinate as a symbolic meaning which worths a lot.

I have very bad experience with OSR service, I had ordered the product on 7th of Feb and till now i am waiting for the gift to be delivered, As per policy gift should take near about 10 to 15 days max to deliver. Now i think this OSR is fake. I will Recommend do not buy any product from OSR and there are plenty more Genuine options you will get for online star registration.

Sito realizzato molto bene, idea molto bella, peccato che dopo quasi venti giorni io non abbia notizie sul mio pacchetto regalo.

Fin ide! Jeg havde lidt problemer med betalingen. Den sagde jeg manglede at betale, men pengene var trukket. Sendte en mail. De løste problemet. Fik pakken efter små 14 dage, som jeg forventede efter at have set en anden anmeldes herinde.

All'inizio ci sono stati un po' di problemi, in quanto dopo aver effettuato il pagamento il sito mi riportava che esso ancora non fosse avvenuto, mentre sul mio account bancario i soldi risultavano detratti dall'azienda.
Dopo aver contatto il servizio clienti più volte nello stesso giorno sia su facebook, instagram e tramite email, la situazione è stata per fortuna risolta.
Metto tre stelle per questo inconveniente iniziale, ma tutto sommato la spedizione poi del pacco da me scelto è stata veloce e sono molto soddisfatta di questo e dell'acquisto.
Detto ciò, lo consiglio ma prestate attenzione.

Fantastisk koncept. Super god idé til en meget mere speciel og personlig gave. Jeg valgte levering med almindelig brev, hvilket gjorde til, det var knap to uger undervejs, men det kan lige så vel have været Post Nords skyld.
