Orange Ways Arvostelua 

We've just got the same problem as all these customers mentioned bellow. Folks, be aware of the services you're gonna buy. We are very upset and disappointed about it, it should be a very special weekend for us. It's a real shame that they're still doing it!

Totally renewed company, not the same as before

WARNING, DON'T USE!! The company is fake, the didn't arrive, no notification sent. No one was answering the phone. I had to pay an Uber driver about 200 euro to get me in time for my flight in Budapest.

Fake company. Bus didn't come and no notification; nobody picked up the hotline phone. Trip ruined. Booked a bus from Krakow to Budapest. Price was even slightly higher than polski bus. Take polski bus and stay away from orange ways. Spread the word!

I booked a ticket from zagreb to budapest but this bus did not come without any notice. I wasted my time and money. It really ruined my whole trip. Do not use this bus.

Orange Ways is a fake company. I booked the tickets 2 months earlier but now they mailed me that due to technical reason, the bus has cancelled. I called them by phone but not receiving. Even I mailed them many times but didn't get any reply. So don't buy any ticket from Orange Ways.

I have the same experience as the other reviewers here, bought two tickets from Ljubljana to Budapest more than 3 months in advance and received notice of cancellation less than 24 hours. Since then have been follow up with them on refund but todate still have yet to get back my money.

This company cheats customers. Don't try it and you will just waste your money. They canceled my booking just less than 24 hours before the schedule. When I asked for refund, they just reply nonsense saying that they have right to investigate the case for whatever time they put in there policy but now it's half a year already and they are not answering my email anymore. I think this is the way they make profit and how they can offer the lower price than their competitors.

I bought the tickets in November 2016 for trip Budapest-Vienna-Budapest.
The trip was cancelled 2016-12-21 (more then 100 days ago). No answers by email, no answers by phone.
Please, do not use this company. These are scammers.
May be somebody in Budapest can write a report to police for them? I do not know Hungarian =)

Это мошейники. Отменили поездку за пару дней. Деньги не вернули даже спустя 3 месяца. На звонки и письма не отвечают.
Может ктонить в будапеште может написать в полицию заявления на этих ребят?

Orange Ways - a fake!
My wife and I have bought a bus ticket (the name's company is Orange Ways) from Vienna to Budpeste, in the company's website.

Printed receipts contained these informations about the trip:

From: Vienna (Franz-Josef-Kai 27 Bus Parking area)
To: Budapest

Date: September 04, 2016, 15:00

We arrived 30 minutes earlier. The place was a bus stop area, two buses were stopped there, but apparently were local buses tourists.

We waited for 50 minutes and then, when we realized we had been duped, we decided to take a taxi.

I have made sure we have been in the place where we should be - I have walked to a convenience store in a gas station just behind this bus parking area.A woman told me that from that place a bus really used to departure to Budapest, but she did not know which company or the exact time of departure.

We have waited another 45 minutes beyond the estimated time of departure.

So imagine the following scenario: me, my wife (4 months pregnant), with 3 bags (we have come from three cities), looking for a way to get to Budapest!

We have taken a taxi to a train station and finally got a train to Budapest (we had to change trains in a city within Austria). A stressful and uncomfortable journey in a second class train.

But I am sure that no one will refund us. Because this company is a scam, a fraud! I strongly recommend everyone NEVER EVER travel with Orange Ways company!

If I can advise you one thing.. under no circumstances should you book any coach ticket with this company!! They cancel the journey in the last minute and will never refund your money!!

I had a return bus from Vienna to Budapest. On the way over they cancelled my bus but i could go with an earlier bus or loose the money. on the way back to Vienna they cancelled the bus 2 hours before the departure without any other options. Of course I asked back my money but since then i haven't received it.

I booked two return tickets from Budapest to Prague with this company and they cancelled the trip some days before departure (6th of September). I haven't received any refund yet and it's already 2017th!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND ORANGEWAYS! DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND PREVENT THIS COMPANY FROM SELLING TICKETS FOR UNEXISTING TRIPS!!!

Bus from Budapest to Prague was cancelled without notice. We waited for two hours for the bus, but no bus came and no one had answered the telephone at the Orangeways agency. We had to take a different bus to Prague, and there we found out from the office in Prague that the bus had been cancelled. We contacted the company several times, but after 6 months we still haven`t received the refund for the tickets bought online.

Orangway company crooks! Do not turn to him! Обманывают, не присылают автобусы и не возвращают деньги!!! They cheat, do not send buses and do not return the money !!!

22 August 2016 bought two tickets for the bus Orangeways from Budapest to Vienna on 11-00 November 5th 2016. No warning of the cancellation I did not get. Arriving at the bus station Népliget 10-30, I waited for the bus to 12-00, but the bus did not come. The company's office was closed, hot-line telephones are not answered. We had to buy bus tickets to other companies. Orangeways several weeks promises to return the money for the tickets, but so far I have not received anything. Do not mess with this company, they all cheat.

まず、このバス会社は絶対に利用してはいけません。ウェブサイトではちゃんとしたバス会社という印象を受けますが、実際は全く異なります。
私は11月1日の19時30分ウィーン発ブダペスト行きの便を予約しました。しかし、当日の19時30分を過ぎても指定された出発地であるSchwedenplatzのパーキングエリアにバスは現れませんでした。
少し離れた所に2台程バスが停まっていましたが、運転手に尋ねてもオレンジウェイズとは無関係とのことでした。
時間や場所を間違えたかと思い、予約時に送られてきていた予約確認書を再度見ましたが、どう見ても間違いないのです。ウェブサイトに記載の電話番号に電話しても繋がらず、為す術なく1時間程待ちましたが、やはりバスは来ません。
その日はブダペストのホテルに泊まる予定で、翌日の朝にブダペスト空港から帰国便の出発が控えてましたので、時間的な猶予が無かったのです。他の交通手段を調べるとブダペスト行きの鉄道は既に終わっており、唯一翌日の飛行機に間に合うのがユーロラインのバスでした。
幸いインターネットでユーロラインの予約が取れましたが、国際バスターミナル発午前4時45分の便でしたので、ブダペストのホテルは泊まれず、出発迄は寒空の下での野宿を強いられることになったのです。
最悪です。欧州旅行の最後に野宿をするなんて、思いもよりませんでした。オレンジウェイズに電話とメールを何度もしましたが、全く対応されません。この調子だと返金もされないでしょう。この掲示板を見てやはり同じような被害者が多い事を知り、事前にこの会社の評判をチェックしていなかった事を後悔しております。
どうか絶対にこのバス会社は利用しないで下さい。もし予約をしようものなら、楽しいはずの旅行が滅茶苦茶にされてしまうでしょう。
