When will my peloton be rescheduled to be delivered? I haven’t heard back from you. This is not a good start to the peloton experience at all and let me outline all the pain points I’ve experienced so far and I haven’t even received my bike yet

1. I try to order a peloton in November and can’t put in a desired delivery date so instead I chat to someone in the chat box and they say oh there’s someone who will reach out to you and I ask if there can be a note with my order that says I can only speak English
2. The person calls me to take my credit card information. I ask “is this safe?” She doesn’t seem to know how to answer. Well okay, for a peloton bike, I’ll risk it. I hang up and then I don’t receive a payment confirmation email. When you spend 1200 euros, you kind of want a confirmation that everything went through and you didn’t send money to a scam artist. So I reach out to the chat box on the same night to ask for confirmation email and they send it to my work email. Crisis averted.
3. I have to wait for someone to call me without any advanced warning when they’re going to call. I have to work from 8-6 pm most days and so this is hard for me to set aside time when I don’t know when someone is going to call
4. After back and forth missing the calls, I call the scheduling team back and they say I need to wait for my call
5. finally have the free time to get the scheduling team on the phone and I ask for January 31 deliver date from 2-9 pm time slot. I asked them are you sure it’s written down as the 31 and not 13 as I’m aware that in German, the numbers are said differently than English
6. Guess what??? Today is January 13. And guess who’s at my house? The delivery team.
7. In the middle of my massage during my vacation in Spain, i received 4 calls from some frantic person saying they’re waiting at my house and they’ve been waiting an hour. It’s also 11:14 am and not even the time slot that I requested. I am explaining to them that the date is a mistake.
8. They ask if anyone else is at home and I’m saying no and they’re still screaming at me in German which I can’t understand
9. I write an email to customer support while I’m laying on a massage table asking for help on this situation. My massage is basically ruined at this point.
10. I don’t receive any response to my email from customer support. I don’t know when my peloton bike will be delivered.
11. I try reach out to customer support the next day on chatbot DE and it says the chatbox is closed, please click on the link to this other chatbox which is the USA team. There's 14 people ahead of me in the queue. It's 6:09 pm.
12. I finally get an agent. They can't find me by email or phone number in their system. Turns out my email was missing the o in .com and the phone number had an extra 0 at the end
13. The chat bot team says they will transfer me to the DE support team, it's now 7:09 pm so 1 hour since I started the chat boy
14. i sit on the chatbox for 10 minutes. Nothing. It's 7:19 pm now.
15. Okay I try again with the chatbox by tapping main menu > delivery and there's 1 person ahead of me. It's 7:21 pm now and another chatbot agent joins and then again says they will transfer me to the DE support team...
16. I am waiting and waiting...no one has joined the chat...it's 7:41 pm now
17. I give up, I'm going back to main menu > returns and exchanges > cancel order. There's 1 person ahead of me.
18. It's 7:45 pm now. i have now wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my life. i get an agent and he says he can't help cancel my order because it's the USA chatbot "We are really sorry for the issue, but depending on the country we have different teams, this order is not form our country and we are not able to help you!"
19. I spend 30 minutes asking him what can i do instead and he just keeps repeating to get in touch with German support team but doesn't provide me any way to do that. It's now 8:00 pm

At this point, I want a refund. I don’t know why I spent 1200 euros and wasted 2 hour of my life on this anymore when it’s caused me so much pain

Bin rundum zufrieden und glücklich mit meinem Peleton. Kurse sind top, Hardware absolut überzeugend.
Habe bisher nichts zu bemängeln👍

Das Gesamtpaket! Schnelle reibungslose und sehr freundliche Lieferung! Die Sportauswahl! Hat man Lust auf Landschaft oder Power? Alles dabei! Auch das man einfach gefesselt ist! Das heißt, man wird mitgezogen und will das Programm durchziehen!

Das Peloton-Bike übertrifft meine Erwartungen bislang… absolut unsportlicher Typ, der sich jahrelang zu nix aufraffen konnte - tritt jetzt jeden Tag in die Pedale. Zu Beginn erstmal die Beginner-Rides über 20 Minuten plus im Anschluss 10 Minuten Arms & Weights… keine Ausreden mehr - 30 Minuten am Tag kriegt jeder irgendwann mal hin - bin zuversichtlich den Einsatz und die Dauer bald steigern zu können… Macht richtig Laune!

Aus meiner Sicht ist alles super Bei den Beginner Kurse man es etwas einfacher gestalten, finde ich

One word - Peloton bike + is great!

Der Einkauf über die Internetseite war sehr gut, an kann sich gut über das Bike informieren. Kaufabwicklung einfach. Lieferung sehr schnell.

Super schnelle Verbindung zum entsprechenden Mitarbeiter, noch keine Minute Wartezeit. Noch schneller war die Behebung meines Problems. So soll Support gehen!!
Weiter so Peloton!!

Bis auf ein wenig Lieferverzug kann ich nur positives berichten. Knapp zwei Wochen in Benutzung, jeden Tag ein Training absolviert. Macht Laune und motiviert.

Zu erst Vorweg: Das Bike+ ist spitze, das Bike und das gelieferte Zubehör sehr hochwertig, die Peloton-Community mit den Trainern etc. nicht vergleichbar.

Der Preis ist allerdings eine Herausforderung!

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Lieferung und der Aufbau. Kein deutschsprachiges Personal (Verständigung mit Händen und Füßen) und null Einweisung, wie von Peloton beworben. Muss dazu sagen, dass die Lieferung und der Aufbau von einer Partnerfirma (Rhenus) vorgenommen wurde.

Deshalb nur 3 von 5 Sternen.

Als Einsteiger weiß man nicht wo man anfangen soll. Ein geführter Einstieg wäre hilfreich und eine Art Leistungsmessung, damit man mit der richtigen Trainingsintensivität startet.

Die Erklärungen und Anleitungen (Sitzeinstellungen, Bedeutung Leaderboard, Fitnesslevel, usw.) fehlen bzw. Könnten ausführlicher sein.

The experience so far has been satisfactory.

Macht sehr viel Spaß. Leider viele Kurse nur auf Englisch.

Peleton ist einfach zu bedienen & sehr intuitiv.
Man benötigt wenig bis keine Erfahrung.
Die Abwicklung bis zur Auslieferung war sehr schnell.

Ein wirklich tolles Produkt. Die Trainer sind sehr motivierend.

Super Service. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung mit Aufbau. Dass noch Unternehmen gibt, die einen so hochwertigen Service Ihren Kunden bieten wollen und eben mal nicht die Kosten runter schrauben, hätte ich nicht mehr gedacht. Aber so war es: meine Erwartungen wurden weitreichend übertroffen und die Qualität hat gestimmt. Dran bleiben und nicht nachlassen…!!!

Vom Kauf bis zur Lieferung und Aufbau hat alles reibungslos funktioniert :)
