Omlet have a fantastic system for Catio’s it’s simple, effective, and has enough ability to be adaptable to almost any situation. The product range covers everything you could want and is very easy to self install. Highly recommended.

Staff are helpful and responsive at Omlet but they don’t seem to want the sales . They used an incompetent courier ( DPD) who was unable/ unwilling to deliver my coop/ run and accessories. My time was totally wasted over the course of two days , no effort was made by their chosen courier to deliver my goods so reluctantly I had no option but to ask for all the goods totalling approx £800 to be sent back leaving a very disappointed customer. Not a happy experience .

We bought the 2x2x2 Catio and it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Delivery was only a couple of weeks and came in 6 boxes all clearly marked. We followed the instruction video on Omlet’s web page and found it easy to put together. We attached around our patio doors and left mesh on one side off. We also built a wooden base to give Catio extra height and bracketed it to this and wall, it’s turned out brilliant cats are loving the new outdoor space, very good design and quality and doesn’t look to big or bulky on our decking, it is expensive but worth it when it’s up, you won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

Ware ist von der Qualität sehr gut. Wurde jedoch nicht vollständig geliefert. Warte schon seit 3 Wochen auf das letzte Teil… auf Nachfragen per Mail erhält man keine Antwort.

Well made but expensive

Vorig jaar een kattenren gekocht voor € 900 inclusief levering naar Spanje. Door diverse omstandigheden niet eerder kunnen opzetten. Ik wil nu extra onderdelen kopen, helaas, ze leveren niet meer naar Spanje

Purchased the 2 x 3 x 2m cat run which I put up today. It was really straightforward to build - I watched the video from their website which helped enormously. It took two of us about 2 1/2 hours to complete and we both actually enjoyed doing it. We were also really impressed with how good the quality is and the clever way it goes together.

I’m awaiting a cat tree to go inside but the cats are already enjoying their new patch in the garden.

I have to say Omlet’s customer service is absolutely brilliant as well. I needed to speak to them about my order and called the number on the website, and got through first time. They were so helpful and really seemed to care about their customers. I thoroughly recommend Omlet for the quality of their products and their excellent team.

I love the Omlet products. They look cool. However, they're not cheap and my experience is that they don't last that well. I bought a single tunnel system about 4 years ago. These retail at £95. The sliding door mechanism never worked well (didn't slide but could just about shut with force) and 4 years on the tunnel is really not useable because it's perished and is full of holes. I'm certain these products are designed to be left outside and I would expect, at the price paid that it would have lasted longer. That's a lot of plastic going into landfill. I've also got a cover which is half plastic and half green - the green side has faded horrible so that it looks awful. Not that impressed by the quality for the price tag.

Je suis hyper déçue mais à un point. J’ai dépensé une somme astronomique pour un taille L. Le plus grand proposé et il est ridicule. Un seul chien peut y aller, le boudin est tout petit donc le chien peut même pas poser sa tête. Je suis tellement triste et déçue de m’être faite autant avoir.

After owning 2 Omlet chicken houses for many years I have just splashed out and purchased an additional brand new one. I could cry! My old houses are still going strong and the design is genius they are super strong and so simple they work and they work exceptionally well. The new one is very noticeably less robust feels so much more flimsy. you can no longer slide the roof open!! There is no floor under the droppings tray. The roof is in 2 halves with a rubber seal. It’s smaller and where as everything slotted together seamlessly via moulded plastic you now have awful metal brackets everywhere which create additional cleaning problems. The two solid locking bolts have been replaced by a twist and lock plastic thing that doesn’t feel as secure. Putting it together is way more complicated with all the additional screws and plastic vents, metal brackets etc. I’m guessing manufacture costs have led to all this but it’s so disappointing to see how such a fantastic design has been messed with. They are still good houses and win over wood every time but I will go on the hunt for original secondhand old style now.

Terrible service. I ordered an Omlet chicken coop on Wednesday 12/3 and was given a delivery date of Friday 14th so waited in all day and no sign of a delivery, the following day I received a mail to say the items (5 packages in total) were out for delivery, waited in again and only one small package was delivered, no sign of the other 4 items. Poor service and I wont buy from Omlet again.

Got a 21 meter chicken fence. Quick delivery.

Love that the fence is taller than what you would normally get in the market and the holes are pretty small, so chickens can't get through them.

The only issues is that it was quite fiddly to assemble, definitely took longer than I would expect. Instructions are not super clear and parts of the poles are not marked, so took a bit of time to figure it out. The netting is also quite rigid, which is great if you are setting it up on even ground, but it didn't work so well on my uneven yard.

BEWARE CUSTOMERS! Walk in run product for chickens heavily over-priced and poor quality as badly RUSTED after short of 4 years after purchase made in April 2021. Steer clear of this product! They only warranty this product for 2 years because it is made of cheap crap! I now regret it and received NO compensation following my complaint to Omlet so poor customer service as well unless you are buying their expensive and cheaply made products ! Update 12/03/2025 Heard back from Omlet today who are not willing to refund me for the very rusty walk in runs, very disappointed. Be very careful folks, they look good but won't last and only a 2-year warranty on such a pricey product might just tell you something about the lack of quality of the product. If I could post the pictures I shared with Omlet yesterday of mine you would see how shocking they look now. That's all folks and good luck! Update 18.03.2025 - so as a goodwill gesture the Customer Services Manager at OMLET refunded me 20% of my in excess of £1k payment in 2021 for this product. Better than nothing I guess, but fair ??? Ummmh am not so sure l! They are claiming to make and sell a quality product but only offer a 2-year warranty on it. Doesn't say much about the product in my view and heavily RUSTED probably after around or before 2 years, I just didn't raise other attention until later .... there are more robust and much better products on the market than this one! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to be honest !

Ik heb sedert enkele weken een kippenhok met automatisch deurtje. Na het monteren van het deurtje bleek deze niet altijd accuraat te werken. Na melding via email aan de klantendienst werden we zeer correct geholpen en werd er onmiddellijk een nieuw exemplaar opgestuurd. Nu reeds enkele dagen uitgetest en het deurtje werkt perfect. Bedankt voor de zeer goede service, doe zo voort.

I felt the need to leave some feedback as this customer service experience has to be the most human like I've had in years. Janni was amazing, so helpful, human, personal, welcoming and efficient - the perfect mix and exactly how customer service should be. I placed my order confidently, in a swiftly manner and leaving with a great experience to order again in the future (I just hope everything goes well from this stage haha) - But Janni, thank you - you've made my life a little easier today, and that is rare in today's world! Maandag 24 Februari de hele dag gewacht op een beloofde koerier die een geretourneerde bestelling op zou komen halen. Kwam niet. De belofte was voor dinsdag 25 Februari. Kwam weer niet. Ik had een kattenren besteld maar mijn kat overleed. Bovenop dit verdriet vind ik dit echt een kwalijke zaak. Nooit geen Omlet meer voor mij.

Hoe lang duurt reactie op e-mail?
Telefonisch niet bereikbaar..
Ik heb veel vragen over afmetingen die ik niet terug kan vinden en evt. extra onderdelen die ik nodig heb.
Lees dat er telkens verzendkosten moet worden betaald, dus zou het graag meteen goed doen..

I don’t own one but my neighbours do and our garden is overrun with rats making their way to to coup where they evade any countermeasures delivered by our neighbours, sadly the council enforcement are dealing with this now, such a shame. I’m sure it’s nice to own chickens but it’s clear they attract a rat infestation and this product is not secure enough to avoid this problem or the terrible health risks associated with rat urine

I bought the biggest hamster playpen available, at around £70. It's lasted two playtimes. I've contacted customer service today so I'm awaiting a reply. It's disappointing that a relatively expensive product has lasted so little. The buttons are really tight and difficult to button and unbutton. They are also glued in from what I could see, so one just popped today because the glue doesn't seem to be strong enough. I like Omlet and this was my first purchase. Hopefully the other products they have last for longer.

The team were really quick to contact me. They sent me a new playpen. Customer service was great and like I said before, I really like the brand. Their playpen is the only hammy safe playpen I could find online and my hammy was really happy with it. Very glad she'll get a new one!
