Title: Very Disappointing Deposit Experience – ₹5,000 Still Unresolved

I deposited ₹5,000 into my Octa trading account via UPI, but the amount was never credited to my trading account. Although I provided my payment proof and contacted customer support multiple times, the issue has still not been resolved.

The support team kept asking me to wait and did not provide a clear solution or transaction details that explained where my money went. This experience has been frustrating and has reduced my confidence in the platform.

I hope Octa investigates my case properly, provides transparent transaction records, and resolves the issue as soon as possible. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform until customer support and payment handling improve.

Good day, It has now been 14 days since I requested the withdrawal for account number 143899407 and 143882001 , and I am still waiting for my funds. Could you please provide an update on the status of my withdrawal and advise when I can expect to receive my funds? I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Again the same thing is being repeated my deposit of Rs 7500/- done at 8:57 PM yesterday is missing and in spite of sending all the necessary details bank statement, payment proof and the UTR number these people are not replying. It's annoying to get the same AI replies again and again. I have sent multiple emails with the proofs and today I have sent the screenshot of the chat I had with Paytm AI agent where again it is mentioned that the payment was successful but this company has started mentally harassing the customers.... Their deposit options are pathetic, their payment providers are the worst.

I just need my money back.....

I have waited for 24 hours the money neither got credited in the trading account nor got refunded. I sent an email and the AI agent replied the same... I am tired of this email game.

You have all the required proofs for the payment. Look into it and give me my money. I will never trade with you after getting the money back

I have sent an email and no one is responding. Tried customer care and waited for a human agent for half an hour but I was told your request can not be completed so send an email.

It's been an hour that I am waiting to chat with a human agent but every time my turn comes the chat gets disconnected...

Just received a reply on email saying we have forwarded your case to financial department... I don't know why these people are not able to give me the resolution after 27 hours... They have the UTR number, screenshots of the chat on Paytm which says the amount has been received by the recipient... But still they are sitting with my money doing nothing....I don't know how many days it will take to get my money back..
I am really worried whether I will get my money or not...
I am requesting everyone reading my review to not trade with this company... They have gone worse to worst in the past....

No information from OctaFX about my deposit of Rs 7500/-
It has neither been credited to my trading account nor refunded to my bank account.

I don't know what is happening regarding my money because I am not getting any satisfactory reply from this company...

I am again writing about the missing deposit because Octa FX is denying receiving this payment of Rs 7500/-
saying that the payment was unsuccessful... I raised an online complaint regarding this transaction to my bank and I received a call saying the transaction was successful and received by the recipient..
So basically Octa FX has tied up with fraudsters and extorting money from it's clients... I have tried explaining that the amount was not refunded because the transaction was successful and got credited in the account of the person whose UPI id was provided on the application but they are not ready accept this and don't want to return my money... I don't think I will ever get my money back... I am requesting everyone who is reading my review that please please DO NOT TRUST THIS BROKER ANYMORE.. DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT RISK..

They have just replied once on this review after that there was no response...

I am writing today again and it's 1/8/2016.

You can see that OCTA has replied only once and after that they have stopped responding because they have scammers as the third party payment providers.
After the confirmation from my bank that the transaction was successful I am still clueless if I will ever get my money back because the payment provider has kept my money and shown the transaction as failed.

I am having sleepless nights along with severe anxiety and panic attacks. Is there any one who can help get my money back or guide me what should I do now...

I have provided all the necessary required information related to this transaction and I am getting no resolution.

I am writing this update that have received the deposit finally in my trading account yesterday. I have to wait for 26 days but I got my money... I am relieved now.

I sent a deposit of 417.88227 USDT (TRC20) to the deposit address provided by the platform on 2026-07-12 at 21:09:18. The transaction was confirmed successful on the blockchain, so the funds definitely left my wallet.
Despite this, my account hasn't been credited, and it's now been over 40 hours since I reached out for clarification. I've followed up multiple times but haven't received any concrete response — just silence.
I understand blockchain confirmations can occasionally need manual review, but this length of delay without even an acknowledgment is unacceptable, especially when real money is involved. I'll update this review if the issue gets resolved, but right now I can't recommend this platform based on my experience.

User of Octafx since more than 3 years but this time I'm afraid with their service. First told that my account is undergoing internal investingation and asked lot of deatils from me and I gave them all the deatils asked and after waiting for more than 13 days sent me a mail that my account is permanently blocked and to receive the remaining funds contact support team.
But even after sending multiple emails their team is not giving me my remaining funds.
I request to please send me my funds as soon as possible.

I have already explained my situation to you several times, but it seems my concern has still not been understood.

I am currently hospitalized and receiving medical treatment. Because of my condition, I am unable to visit my bank.

The bank account used for my deposit has been blocked. I contacted my bank’s customer support, and they clearly informed me that I must visit the branch in person to get the original bank statement and to unblock the account. Therefore, it is impossible for me to provide the requested bank statement while I am admitted to the hospital.

Please try to understand my situation. I am lying on a hospital bed. How can I visit the bank in this condition? I am not refusing to provide the bank statement. I simply cannot obtain it right now.

This is not my first deposit with Octa, and it is not my first withdrawal either. I have trusted your platform and have been your customer before. I don’t understand why you still don’t trust me and keep asking for the same document even after I have explained everything.

I urgently need my withdrawal because I have to pay my hospital expenses. Due to this delay, I am facing serious financial difficulties, and my treatment is being affected.

I sincerely promise that as soon as I recover and am discharged from the hospital, I will immediately visit the bank, unblock my account, obtain the original unlocked PDF bank statement, and send it to you without any delay.

Please, I request you to understand my situation and release my withdrawal now. I am not trying to avoid verification or run away. I only need a little understanding and support during this difficult time.

OCTA are now scam brokers and people should be wary of them. Octa cancelled my profit and blocked my account 60817273 for no reason, at first they requested for verification and after providing all necessary document, they now cited "3.10. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse to provide the Services to the Client at any time, and the Client agrees that the Company shall have no obligation to inform the Client of the reasons". After pressing them further they changed it to "Clause 8.2 of their Customer Agreement and stating that my trading activity was an "unfair advantage."
Octa has not clearly explained what specific trading action violated their rules. I have requested details about the exact breach, the evidence relied upon and I have not received a clear explanation.
I am currently looking to sue them and report them to the regulatory bodies, if you experience the same issue. Pls reach out to me. We can take them down.
