Octa Broker Arvostelua 

I have recently made a withdrawal request and it has been declined due to an internal account verification. I have submitted all the required documents and i have not received any response. The emails i send them takes about 1 to 2 days to be answered. I would not recommend this broker . Plus they changed my leverage by them selves.

It is virtually impossible to get your money out of this broker. I wanted to make a withdrawal; however, Octa is telling me that I can only use Local Banks, and when I try using my Local Bank, then it says I need to use ERC20 because ERC20 was the method I used to make my deposit.

You will get stuck in this loop and possibly deposit more money to try and use other payment methods only to find those payment methods are also failing so its all just misleading. I can honestly say that I have learnt a very expensive mistake.

Why would Octa allow me to make a deposit in ERC20 if withdrawals are not allowed using that same option in the first place. I am confused why I am know expected to use my local bank, which is also failing, not to mention that their Support is non-existent: AI regurgitates information without understanding the context of my query, and the human agents never get back to you.

11 months of dealing with this, and whenever I need to withdraw profits, it always seems like pulling teeth. I feel like my one and only obstacle in trading is the broker I have been using; it's so sad that this is what has been holding me back for the past 11 months.

I wonder how other traders are using this platform and how the broker is still operating for so long if withdrawals are such an uphill battle

I know by writing this, that it won't help with my situation because everything has been falling on deaf ears, but I thought it would good to share with anyone reading this so that you don't fall into the same trap I did by making endless deposits and getting zero withdrawals

I am updating my review regarding my pending withdrawal of $5,363 (Account Number: 38545427, Withdrawal ID: W23388077).

While the OctaFX team responds promptly to my comments here on Trustpilot, the actual support team stops responding as soon as I provide the requested proof via email.

As requested, I recorded a full video proof and shared the Google Drive link via email. However, since sending the email with the video evidence, I have received no response or acknowledgment from the support team, and my withdrawal remains in "pending" status.

This delay is causing severe financial distress. I withdrew these funds using a bank loan that I now need to repay urgently. The daily delay is causing extra interest charges and placing me in a very critical situation.

It feels like public replies are generated quickly to maintain appearances on Trustpilot, but the actual issue is being ignored behind the scenes. I request that my video evidence be reviewed immediately and my withdrawal request processed without further delay.

Beware of this platform. It's very easy to deposit but impossible to withdrawal. It's obvious they are only after their users funds and not to pay them. It's already three months today and still my withdrawal is pending. Ever since I switched to #Vine Hash#..... it has been an amazing experience so far and I have never had problems or delays with my withdrawals.

I deposited ₹30,000 with OctaFX on 5 August, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading account, nor has it been reversed to my bank account.

It has now been 7 days, and despite repeatedly contacting support, I have not received a proper resolution. I have already shared the UTR and all transaction details, but I keep receiving the same response that their finance team is checking with the payment partner.

My money is currently stuck because of their payment partner, and the lack of a clear update or resolution is extremely frustrating. If the transaction cannot be credited, the amount should be refunded to my bank account immediately.

I expect OctaFX and its payment partner to investigate this transaction urgently and provide a clear resolution instead of asking me to wait indefinitely.

₹30,000 is my hard-earned money. Seven days without a resolution or meaningful communication is unacceptable.

On my last review they open my account but they are not refund my money till I said again the are scammer and also customer support not responding and said me that you have stopped out without execute a trade why is possible they are son of bch always said that reply mu 96 dollar they eat . They again reply me for stop out . They not understand the problem. Problem is that I am not execute any trades why is possible to stop out and they again inactive my account

It has been one week that I'm sent the all details twice .and you say, another department is investigating the problem before two days. Is your investigation done yet?

Atleast response with manners. You can make any proper solution for it?. I have worked with many firm,but I had never this much worst experience from any.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My account was restricted without substantial evidence, and although Octa promised to return my funds, it has been weeks without receiving my refund or an update. I request immediate action and clearance of my pending refund. Acc. 61187193

Simple to use easy to navigate .Its not good its great

I have been a user for several months. I am unfortunately only learning the trade at a slow pace. Doing this alongside Octa has been a great experience so far. Real account and the practice account. Great trading tips on a daily basis with great success, although still only practice account. Great broker for a beginner and most probably successful traders.
