Account number 121715327 I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding Octa. My withdrawal request, submitted after completing all mandatory KYC and verification procedures, has been unlawfully delayed and deliberately blocked since June 29, 2026.
Despite submitting all requested identification and compliance documents promptly and correctly, your support team continues to withhold my funds without any valid or transparent justification. This practice of freezing legitimate withdrawals directly violates standard regulatory accountability and client trust.
I have strictly operated in accordance with all verification guidelines, yet my hard-earned funds remain withheld. This is a clear breach of service commitment.

blocking of my trading account and cancel my earned profits
I have Registered a month ago with this platform. I executed trade and earned profit.
I was surprised to find that my account was blocked and my earned profits were canceled. my trades were executed in good faith and in accordance with octa terms and conditions.
Without any specific my account was blocked on 21.07.26. without any explanation they cancelled my profits.
Transparency and fairness are fundamental principles of financial services, and I expect my complaint to be investigated objectively.
I request that this matter be reviewed by special team.
Further they have not refunded my deposited.I look forward to your prompt response.
