Mooi hoofdbord en netjes bezorgd

Would not order again. Ordered a small console table which cost almost £200, it arrived damaged in multiple places and the quality was terrible in general.

I sent photos and complained and was only offered a 50% refund, I complained again and said I am entitled to a full refund under UK consumer rights law. They then offered me an 80% refund. I once again stated my right to reject the faulty goods and I finally was given a full refund.

It should not be this hard to be compensated for faulty goods especially as this is literally the law!

Very disappointed.

Questo era il terzo acquisto presso di loro che dire orribile , avevo acquistato una poltroncina i tempi di consegna sono stati più lunghi ma quello è poco , al ricevimento mi sono accorta che era molto piccola giusta per un bambino anche ho chiesto il reso , dopo aver inviato la e-mail per chiedere il reso mi è stato proposto uno sconto a dir poco ridicolo , l articolo non era di mio gradimento premetto l involucro della sedia era intatto mai aperto , dopo la seconda email mi hanno inviato i dati per il reso , ho dovuto a mie spese incaricare una persona di portare il pacco in un centro di ritiro ( avrò chiesto a non so quanti posti , non l accettavano perché era troppo grande ) purtroppo come avevo scritto nella email ho subito un intervento al ginocchio non potevo portare il pacco ma in ogni caso non l avrei potuto portare con un mezzo pubblico ( pesante e grande ) dopo quasi 3 settimane dal reso ricevo oggi la loro email di rimborso di cui hanno tolto ben fr 43.— per il reso cioè il 20% perché la poltrona non era rovinata ma il reso era stato effettuato perché non era di mio gradimento ( premetto avevo già speso ben fr 40.- per farla portare al centro ritiro . Ma stiamo scherzando ? Un articolo può non piacere o non essere come lo si vedeva nel sito e per questo bisogna pagare ? Portare pacchi enormi ai centri di ritiro ? Mi spiace ma è stata l ultima mia ordinazione dunque avviso tutto quello che passeranno ordini presso di loro di essere ben . Mai piùcerti dela quisto altrimenti avrete parecchie spese

Ich habe einen Hocker bestellt und am gleichen Tag einen Rücksendeantrag erstellt, da ich mit der Qualität nicht zufrieden war. Nachdem ich mehrere Tage nichts gehört habe, musste ich erneut Kontakt aufnehmen. Daraufhin bekam ich eine Rückmeldung, ich solle einen Grund angeben. Abgesehen davon, dass man bei einem online-Fernabsatzvertrag eine 14-tägige Widerrufsfrist hat auch ohne Angabe von Gründen, habe ich geantwortet, mit der Qualität nicht zufrieden zu sein und erneut um ein Rücksendelabel gebten. Daraufhin kam wieder eine Antwort, dass ich jetzt Fotos senden müsse. Das hat mich sehr geärgert, da der Hocker bereits versandfertig wieder im Karton verpackt und im Auto verstaut war. Zudem muss ich weder Gründe, noch Fotos angeben. So habe ich es auch geantwortet. Bedeutet ich habe bereits 3x Kontaktaufnahmen gebraucht und noch immer kein Rücksendelabel erhalten. Äußerst kompliziert und aufwendig!

Got in contact with Nordlys via email and their after sales team keeping promising it for the following week, then the following, then the following etc…

I strongly advise against buying from Nordlys. The quality of the two Bali nightstands was far below expectations, and the product information was incomplete and misleading. Even worse, there was no clear mention anywhere of the significant return costs before purchasing.

When we requested a return, Nordlys immediately offered us a 20% discount to keep the items, which made it seem like they were already aware of the quality issues. After we politely declined and confirmed that we still wanted to return the products, they suddenly informed us that we would have to pay a 20% return fee as well.

This experience has been frustrating and, in my view, unfair and lacking transparency. I have filed a complaint with the European consumer protection authorities because I don’t want other customers to be treated this way.

La navigation est agréable et l'on trouve rapidement les produits recherchés

le produit correspondait à la commande. (il faut toujours être vigilant être la photo du site et la réalité) mais là aucun souci

La 1ère bonne nouvelle est que livraison a été plus rapide qu'annoncée. Lors du montage j'ai eu un problème sur l'une des pièces du banc et j'ai dû envoyer un mail. Le retour du service SAV a été rapide et une solution a été trouvée. Une nouvelle pièce a été envoyée et reçue quelques jours après ma demande. Le produit correspond tout à fait à ce que j'ai commandé et je l'adore.

Ich bin absolut begeistert. Ich fande das Sortiment beim durchstöbern schon wunderschön und hatte mich sofort in einige Teile verliebt. Einen Couchtisch habe ich mir dann direkt bestellt. Es war eine Vorbestellung eines neuen Produkts mit Hinweis, dass die Auslieferung erst später startet. Der Bestellvorgang war einfach und nach der angegebenen Zeit habe ich die Benachrichtigung bekommen, dass sich mein Tisch auf dem Weg befindet. Als das Paket ankam habe ich mich gewundert, dass es so groß ist und insgeheim schon gehofft, dass der Tisch schon fertig montiert ist. Und tatsächlich kam der Tisch komplett aufgebaut an. Ein Traum!! Einfach aus dem Paket rausnehmen und hinstellen. Außerdem ist der Tisch traumhaft schön und ich habe von Freundinnen und Familie schon viele komplimente dafür bekommen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch mehr bestellen. Klare Empfehlung!!
