Sono rimasta contentissima per la qualità ed il design del mobile acquistato, veramente meraviglioso! Soddisfattissima anche per l'attenzione al cliente ed il rispetto dei tempi di consegna (circa 10 giorni in anticipo sulla data prevista).

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z zamówionej szafki. Jest bardzo ładnie wykonana i była łatwa w montażu. Realizacja zamówienia była bardzo sprawna i szybka. Polecam.

Très bonne expérience client. Le site est plutôt intuitif, avec beaucoup de choix. Les prix sont plutôt dans le marché. La livraison a été très rapide, en 3 jours, et dans les temps. Le produit est top et conforme à ce que j'avais commandé.

Still no refund after TWO broken promises (Order £179.91)

I am updating my review because Nordlys has failed to return my money. I ordered an item on 25 August for £179.91 which never arrived due to a customs issue on their end in France. While customer service accepted full responsibility and promised a full refund on 21 September, the funds never arrived. I complained again on 5 October and was given a second promise, but my bank confirms no transaction has even been initiated.
This is a breach of statutory consumer refund timelines. If this is not resolved immediately and proof of processing provided, I will let my bank handle the recovery through a formal Chargeback dispute. Order reference:20956.

Avevo fatto una discreta recensione tempo fa, poiché sebbene il mobile fosse arrivato danneggiato su un lato, l’azienda aveva provveduto in tempi brevi ad accreditarmi il rimborso di una parte della spesa. Oggi mi sono resa conto che c’è un altro danno che rende il mobile non utilizzabile, o meglio impossibile da chiudere: i binari del meccanismo Push/pull delle ante (non so il nome tecnico) sono rotti. Credevo di non aver capito qualcosa io, invece oggi una è venuta una persona più esperta di me e mi ha fatto notare che ci sono dei meccanismi spezzati. Inaccettabile. Il mobile praticamente è arrivato distrutto. In ritardo e distrutto sia dentro che fuori. Non comprate mai nulla da questa azienda.

The smal kitchen table was delivered without 2 fixation parts. As soon as I reported this, they were sent and now the table is complete. I am very satisfied with the communication (efficiënt and friendly) and with the quality of the table.

Poor quality wooden headboard, very flimsy. Don't bother to use the screws provided, after a couple of screw heads broke off on tightening, we bought our own and had the inconvenience of drilling another set of holes. The headboard needs some fine sanding and relaxing before it can be considered comfortable to lean against. Won't recommend.

Modemet til coax-kablet er en gammel sag, som kom på det danske marked for over 5 år siden, og det understøtter ikke Wi-Fi 7, som ellers har været standard de sidste 3 år. Der er også en hel masse andre sikkerhedsmæssige ting, som ikke findes på det gamle modem. Men det er da det værste ved Norlys, at man skal være usandsynlig heldig, hvis de svarer på mails inden for 4 hverdage.
