J’ai commandé 4 chaises pour ma salle à manger. Super belle 😍. Malheureusement une est arrivé abîmé à cause de la livraison.
Mais merci au service client qui m’a desuite répondu et m’a renvoyé une nouvelle chaise très rapidement.
Je recommande fortement, pour la qualité pour la réactivité et la livraison rapide.
Le service client est au top !

Wir haben zwei Kopfteile für unser Bett bestellt, in dem einen Karton haben zwar zwei Teile gefehlt, aber nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, wurden die Teile innerhalb weniger Tage nachgeliefert. Wir sind mit der Qualität, Design und dem Aufbau sehr zufrieden, und der Service war auch hervorragend. Vielen lieben Dank! ❤️

Délai respecté, livraison rapide, produit conforme aux attentes

Getinge dresser... Please don't buy it..
When I received it, I found that it was of very poor quality! The veneer was damaged in several places, drawers were uneaven and not easy to pull out and close and one was also not really in place.
I took pictures and sent them, wanted to return it and get my money back.
They kindly apologized and offered 40% discount. I stood firm and wanted my 100% refund.
They came back with a 60% discount, but again I stood firm.. Third email they offered 100% refund or a new item.. And again I wanted my money back..
4th email they finally accepted the 100% refund and didn't want the dresser back.
So it ended well - which is why I give them 2 stars and not 1. But I will never buy anything again from this company. What a lousy piece of furniture! And what kind for company tries to negotiate about a refund???

Quelques infos erronées et attention de bien vérifier la couleur (chaises Nash plus taupe que gris métal) mais j'ai eu la chance que cela ne choque pas dans mon intérieur.
Je mets 5* car......
La rapidité entre commande et livraison est bluffante, le suivi de l'après vente nickel et le choix de la société de livraison parfaite (DPD).
Les chaises, faciles à monter, semblent de très bonne qualité, reste à voir dans le temps, ont un rendu très joli

Wir haben bei Nordlys einen teuren Esstisch bestellt und als wir ihn erhalten haben, waren wir sehr enttäuscht von der schlechten Verarbeitung und der Qualität.
Die tragenden Tischfußsäulen des Tisches sind viel zu leicht, sodass der Tisch wackelte und sogar kippt, wenn man sich darauf abstützt. So etwas ist absolut inakzeptabel und insbesondere in einem Haushalt mit Kindern sogar gefährlich. Des Weiteren ist die Tischplatte schlecht verarbeitet und am Rand der Platte wurde sogar mit Umleimer gearbeitet, welcher an einer Stelle überlappt. So etwas habe ich noch nie bei einem Tisch oder einem Möbelstück gesehen, auch nicht bei günstigeren Möbeln.
Wir haben Nordlys alles genau beschrieben und die Retour beantragt, jedoch ohne Erfolg.
Wie es bereits in einer anderen Rezension von einer anderen unzufriedenen Kundin erwähnt wurde, wurden wir immer wieder aufgefordert Fotos und Videos zu schicken.
Ein Video vom wackelnden/kippenden Tisch konnten und wollten wir nicht mehr machen, da der Tisch bereits aufwendig wieder abgebaut und verpackt wurde. Das von uns gesendete Foto wurde ignoriert und es wurde behauptet, dass wir den Tisch aus persönlichen Gründen zurückschicken wollen und somit 70 € für die Rücksendung zahlen müssten (so teuer waren noch nicht einmal die Versandkosten für die Lieferung zu uns nach Hause). Laut gesetzlicher Gewährleistung müsste Nordlys für die Rücksendung aufkommen, da der Tisch schlecht verarbeitet ist.
Das haben wir auch so an Nordlys geschrieben und bekamen als Antwort, dass die Mitarbeiterin "Out of Office" ist. Bis jetzt haben wir kein Rücksendelabel oder eine weitere Antwort erhalte.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Une fois chez nous ce banc est aussi qualitatif que sur la photo de présentation. L’assise est de qualité. La livraison, très rapide.

Jeg havde svært ved at finde en bænk, som passede i målene og fandt endelig model Lima hos Nordlys Furniture. Jeg tøvede med at bestille pga andre anmeldelser og fordi at det ikke lå i Danmark. Jeg besluttede mig for at tage chancen og min bekymring blev hurtigt bragt til skamme. Jeg bestilte 10. juli om aften og modtog pakken d. 20. juli.

Levering var hurtig og uden problemer. Bænken er rigtig fin. Har set flottere bouclé stof, men det ligner fuldstændig billederne fra deres hjemmeside, så det var som forventet. Bestiller gerne fra hjemmesiden en anden gang.

Do not buy. Very poor quality items and even poorer customer service. I am very disappointed because the photos look great but I would never buy again.

I ordered the Seville table and 2 sets of SYOTE chairs (as a dining table set per their advertising photos).

Firstly, the table arrived with table top severely damaged in transit.
Secondly, having unwrapped one chair, I could see the quality is extremely poor and there are scratches and rough patches with splinters which with a 2 year old and 5 year old, presents safety hazards.

I contacts customer service the same day as receiving the items for a refund.
Firstly, I was offered 10% discount despite clear statement on their website that faulty items are returned free of charge. Then after 3 more emails, they finally told me that they have now finally reviewed the photos attached and conceded that the table was faulty and offered a 60% discount. I explained that I wanted the items to be removed and I am entitled to a refund. Even if they offer a full refund, I would still need to pay to take the items to a dump. I simply do lot want faulty items cluttering up the house and no amount of “discount” is a resolution here. Further, the emails themselves are infuriating and I, as a consumer with clear statutory rights to reject faulty items, should not have to go through multiples emails to receive what I am entitled to by law.

Esteticamente nulla da dire, librerie molto carine.
Idem per la spedizione, arrivata prima dei tempi previsti.
Ma i materiali non sono assolutamente all’altezza di quanto descritto. Viene indicato che è legno massello, ma sono di legno massello solo alcune parti della libreria, infatti, montandola alcune parti si sono già rovinate e si è tolta la copertura (alcune parti sono probabilmente impiallacciato). Non è indicato da nessuna parte la portata massima dei ripiani né del contenitore.
Ultimo appunto: è presente una sola staffa per il fissaggio al muro, ma ci è sembrata un po’ poco, considerando che la libreria non è auto portante. Purtroppo le abbiamo aperte dopo più dei 14 giorni previsti per il reso, altrimenti avremmo provveduto a rimandarle indietro
