Nokia Arvostelua 

Bought a Nokia XR20 on August 7th. Sent by DHL, they took 4 days to get it to the border less than 200km away but the French Partner, Colis Privé, took less than 24h to get it to me. Had no help from the support, my package was 3 days late, they told me it was on "next day delivery service" and then that it would arrive under 9 workings days ?????

I'm charging my phone right now only to discover that it was stored at 0% battery. YOU DO NOT WANT TO STORE A LI-ON BATTERY AT 0% EVEN MORE FOR A 2021 PHONE ! ! ! LEARN YOUR JOB. It has never happened to me with another phone maker (always between 20-60%).

Hope the battery isn't dead yet or i'll ask for a refund using conformity warranty claim (french laws applies to french buyers) and if it doesn't work a small claims procedures.

This is the worst phone I ever had. Extremely slow especially the camera. I miss so many special moments because camera takes so long to open. Writing this review the keyboard went away. Happens all the time. Can't answer calls a lot of times because button to answer doesn't work. Everything about this phone is extremely slow. I'm getting a new phone and it WONT BE NOKIA!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer care service I faced in my life,never ever going to buy any product again, bought G11 plus in April till now I have not got any replacement .

Totally useless repair service. They ask you to go through a process, but instead of arranging repair it sends you on to the recycling terms and conditions which you have to sign agree that phone will not be returned! This company is a total joke! Customer service team seem to be a bunch of robots with no ability to understand what you are saying or any empathy. I sent them the page requiring me to agree to not receiving the phone back. They replied to tell me to authorize them to submit repair request on my behalf and provide necessary information. I did this and they reply that they cannot submit on my behalf and I have to use the repair portal. Are they nuts!

If I could give lower, I would.
The XR21 is supposed to be waterproof (up to 1 hours etc) but here I am sending the phone off to be repaired for water damage to the screen despite there being no cracks or chips.
I was told sending the phone off for repair would take no more than 2 weeks in total. I am currently at day 15 and still waiting for the phone to be repaired only to be told it has arrived at the warehouse but is not yet being repaired.

Autrefois Nokia était synonyme de robustesse et de qualité. Après Lumia, ça a été de plus en plus mauvais. J'ai acheté plusieurs modèles. Les 2 derniers en date le G22. Je ne peux pas les garder plus d'un an. Ce modèle, je l'ai acheté 2x parce que je l'aimais vraiment bien et que, la première fois, j'avais juste eu de la malchance. A chaque mise à jour système, c'est pire et ça se dégrade. Les applications photos, vidéos, messages, quickstep plantent régulièrement. Le système arrête de répondre subitement même au démarrage. Je suis extrêmement déçue. Je suis chez Nokia depuis plusieurs années. Et le fait que ce soit AMD qui conserve dorénavant la main-mise sur les smartphones ne changera probablement rien. En effet, c'était déjà AMD qui fabriquait les smartphones pour Nokia. A peine une semaine après l'achat, ils envoient une enquête de satisfaction pour l'appareil. Sauf qu'au début, on est toujours très content. Mais 3 mois après l'achat, les problèmes commencent. Ils beuguent même pendant les appels... Il sonne pour l'appel entrant mais l'écran pour décrocher ne s'affiche pas. On rate l'appel. Et il faut rappeler le correspondant. Il arrive aussi que l'appel n'entre même pas. C'est quand même la base pour un téléphone de pouvoir recevoir et émettre des appels. Triste...

Nachfrage nach 10 Tagen:

"Wie ich sehe, haben wir das Gerät vor 6 Tagen erhalten. Sobald wir das Gerät erhalten, beginnen unsere Techniker, es sich anzusehen und zu reparieren. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass der Zeitrahmen zwischen 14 und 30 Tagen liegt. "

The Nokia G10 is one of the most useless phones on the market of android smart phones. This phone cannot multi function, it freezes when you are on an app and a call comes through. This phone constantly has a problem "system not responding". This phone is malfunctioning when connected to a computer via USB. Personally I am 100% in regret of buying this nonsense. The last phones Nokia made which where good was the Asha range, after that they produced a total waste of money. I cannot wait to sell this junk and buy a Samsung rather. Man at this point I would even consider a mobicel

WORST MOBILE EVER
Bought a NOKIA G22 last year in May, after not even 1 year:
it is super slow, it crushes too often, it starts playing music on its own and the battery does not last as they advertised !! Too many problems, Never had such a bad experience with a mobile, I would have preferred spending way more, instead of finding myself in need of buying another one after only 1 year!

What a cheap piece of junk this telephone is yes telephone because it's not a device or a Smart phone it's junk don't waste your money Nokia should be ashamed for putting out this piece of garbage and why is Nokia even in business anymore what do they make that's any good

Oh lord. Being a nostalgic I bought a Nokia C32. Oh my god the what a waste... Nokia my foot. The worst. Go to hell.

Profile claimed by company, but they don’t reply to reviews… Nokia, AKA HMD Global. Ordered a tablet a week ago today (Tuesday). Website says weekday orders will be shipped that day or the following day. So should have shipped last Wednesday at the latest. Still showing ‘processing’. Have had my case ‘escalated’ again today. Was escalated last Friday. Still no email from the ‘specialist department’. Still showing ‘processing’ on the website. Today’s customer service employee told me I should contact DHL - with no tracking number, ‘cos you can’t get a tracking number until an item is shipped… - and give them my order number. Yeah, I can hear the DHL guy laughing at that one already…

Köpte en Nokia 7 plus 2018 och det är den sämsta lur jag nånsin haft. Laddningen har i princip krånglat hela tiden o har funkat ibland o ibland inte alls. Laddningen har ofta fungerat bättre med telefonen avstängd så laddmjukvaran är bara skräp. Rent generellt långsam o trött lur med dålig inkompatibel Androidmjukvara. Även problem med USB-anslutning till dator vs drivare etc. Bara Nokia till namnet annars inget gemensamt så ingen mer fake-nokia för mig. Är ju en HMD-lur av dålig kvalité. Har ingen chans mot största märket på marknaden eller de flesta andra heller. Kan nog bara konkurrera med billiga kina-lurar. Skräp helt enkelt. Blev så trött på den så nu kasserades den med hammare!

TA-1270 what a pile of cr*p, soo slow, random lockups, 15 mins reboot, steer away from these phones, absolutely not worth the money.

Returned phone to HMD in London on 20 Feb. Been waiting all this time for a refund. Raised a chargeback, they said they accepted and processed, yet still zero refund. I've now taken them to court and charged extra on top. Extremely awful poorly run company that I cannot believe are still in business
