Nokia Arvostelua 

In 2022, I purchased Nokia C10 because of previous experience when Nokia use to be best phone early 2000s, However it has proved to be the worst terrible device ever created in history. I have missed several job opportunities due to Nokia failue to show incoming calls. In situations of emergency, its performance slows down, for example, when trying to make a call, it takes long or fails to open phone book. This makes it diffifuclt to depend on the device in life threatening situations. I would suggest Nokia to make a recall on all its device and reimburse the users as part of its damaage control measures.

I use the older Nokia 2660 thought I would get the newer version hmd and boy have they made a mess of a decent phone the sound is completely rubbish tinney screechy terrible the menu is all over the place tried to turn of predictive txt took ages to find sorry they have ruined a good phone rubbish

purtroppo non è l'azienda che era un tempo. a gennaio ho acquistato presso un negozio online un nokia 2660 nuovo per mio padre. a inizio luglio ha smesso di funzionare, ho contattato il negozio ma mi ha rimbalzato sul sito ufficiale nokia. ma neanche qui ho ricevuto assistenza perché secondo loro non potevano fornirmela per questo modello. ho dovuto acquistare un altro cellulare ( ovviamente non nokia) perchè non sono riuscita a far valere i miei diritti . statene alla larga non rispettano alcuna garanzia e non siete tutelati in nessun modo

This is amongst my worst reviews, if you wan any help from Nokia, don't even bother, you will waste hours trying to do so, One of the poorest experiances I have ever had.
Having eventualy got a repair form and filling it all in with three pictures, took ages,it wont send it , says unexpected error. My G42 5G developed problems some 6 months ago, I recently found out it had a 3 year warranty so decided to try to get its mulitlple faults fixed, what a total waste of time, and if yours goes out of the 1st year just bin it, you will get no help from them, I filled in a request for help in the UK and got a reply in Italian, very hepful, it told me when deciphered to do all the things I had told them I had already done, so I replied and heard nothing, Absolutely a total waste of time so if yours goes wrong just bin it and don't buy Nokia, disgraceful just some of the faults with it.

Around 6 months ago the phone started playing up, with the screen keyboard notworking, then would come up and dissapear immediately, very un pridictable the telephone dialer was the same, it now will not connect to the internet either, yet everything else here does, I have done factory reset even that had to be done 3 times as didnt work properly. it has many faults. I tried the dial code get the imei number as they wanted it, didnt work as the code dissapeared off the settings menu. Argos gave me the number as I just could not get it on the phone, after factory reset most seemed to work but short lived so more resets. If the keyboard or dialer is there, sometimes wont let you select anything.
Nokia will mess you about for days. Its easier these days to get a rocket to the moon than speak to a human about a problem !

Rekommenderar INTE. Fick problem med en av deras telefoner och de lovade att hjälpa till initialt. Efter många mail blev det plötsligt tyst och jag fick inte hjälp. Problemet olöst. Fick köpa en ny telefon av annat märke. Deras kunskapsnivå om sina egna produkter är extremt undermålig. Håll er borta, ni blir bara besvikna. De bryr sig inte om sina kunder. Jag kommer ALDRIG någonsin att köpa deras produkter.

I bought a Nokia 2660 for my 90 year old partner. It was advertised as easy to use for the elderly.
It was anything but. I myself found it hard to use.
It was hard to open, and each time he did, it set the sos button off, which confused him terribly.
The whole set up, even for myself was confusing,( and I consider myself quite savvy).
I now have to buy another make of phone for him, the whole experience has proved very costly for me.
Please don't give people false promises.

Contacted their customer service for better fone, they are building it now

This phone I've for 4 years fell out of my motorcycle jacket when wind got underneath it when overtaking 5 cars at 110 kh, and my mate filmed this event and he stopped on the side of the road witnessing over 20 cars running over it.. After playing leapfrogger he retrieved it for the sim car only. When he gave it to me with the glass screen obviously cracked in million pieces I was surprised I received calls but couldnt answer. I got screen replaced and works perfect, how good is that because the frame is not plastic but toughened aluminium.

I have been using one of your handsets for the past few years now,a Nokia G42 one.

Living in the UK and being part of Europe I didn't want to use an overseas mobile phone..like Apple.. Samsung or any other Chinese phones.
I always wanted to privilege a European businesses as much as possible.

Unfortunately my Nokia G 42 was faulty with battery issues and I found myself rushing and trying to get one from local repair shops including my provider EE in the UK.
But because of the size of the Nokia market in the UK which is pretty non-existent for telling the truth.
I ended up buying a Motorola instead.
A new Nokia battery for my handset has been ordered from Amazon via a china link by my local mobile phone repair shop in Didcot where I live but I am very surprised and disappointed that such a big company like Nokia can't provide the battery.
Finally I went and browsed all of the mobile phone shops in Didcot but Nokia doesn't have a good exposure with a few old flip flop ones only, in my view outdated, what a shame.
So could you tell me what is the future for Nokia brand because if I can't use a Nokia phone in the future I will definitely use a different brand.
I contacted you via phone,via Instagram,via email...All ignored by Nokia so far😠

I purchased a Nokia 105 4G phone as the 3G sevice was being switched off. I wanted a simple phone for voice and texts only. This phone in NOT simple. Even my step son who is good at all things mobile can't work out how to use it. The leaflet that came with it was no help and when I put in Nokia 105 4G for help all I could get was videos of a completely different phone. The phone is now useless as nobody can work out how to use it.Avoid Nokia

I live in Montreal and my landlady recently switched to Nokia,it's terrible,outages regularly with internet service, my phone is on Rogers network and the Internet always works with them

Aujourd’hui ses concurrents ont pris beaucoup d’avance, pour la génération Z Nokia est en retard techniquement, ces produit sont beaucoup moins performant que ses concurrents.

My experience using the Nokia 2720 flip mobile has been satisfactory. In order to curb my smartphone addiction, I was looking for an alternative method of communicating that would also allow me the opportunity to relive the classic analogue tech age. I like that the phone has dual sim slots, it's lightweight and comfortable to hold as it fits in the palm of my hand. It also has iconic games like Snake which as an enjoyable blast from the past. The FM radio is also a great feature along with the fact that it's fast charging and maintains its battery for days at a time. Unfortunately, it doesn't have WhatsApp or any other relevant apps as it operates with KaiOS.

Nokia are done.
Handsets used to be great, now, so faulty, so slow and customer service is eastern european abuse. Never have you experienced a more vile, hostile set.
They hate disabled people and absolutely abuse you
The handset takes over 5 minutes to start up and longer to restart
It is riddled with faults
The only good thing is, every review seems to agree

I purchased a HMD Nokia 5.4 cellular phone, as I had Nokias when they were Nokia from 1996 onwards until ceased manufacturing, always positive experiences.
HMD Nokia 5.4 - a brick would be a more cost effective device as a mobile phone, camera, digital device.
HMD aware of the issues, promised an operating system update WHICH NEVER CAME.
You have to restart the phone several times a day, will still have issues running apps, every time you restart that is 20% of battery lost, every time you restart expect 10 mins before you can use it, which is a 1 km walk to the station, and get on the train.

Nokia taking the option to sell manufacturing rights to HMD prove how low they have sunk as a communications manufacturer, and as a result, really shouldn't be trusted with anything - anything digitial, anything communications, anything technological, I wouldn't even trust them to buy me a beer, probably have a dodgy dose in it.

Tengo un pincho USB que es una auténtica basura. No me extraña que hace decadas que no se ve un móvil de esta empresa.

Nokia phone was my first smart phone, I really like it. However!

The brand still caries nostalgia and recognition but unfortunately i think you are stuck in the past.
