If I could give less than one star, I would. Formerly known as LendingClub (No Happen Bank) has seriously harmed my business through REPEATED FAILURES, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

I own a veteran-owned business that also contributes consistently to Lupus-related charity work. Like any business, we rely heavily on cash flow and access to our funds. After fraud occurred on our company card, we promptly reported it and requested a replacement card so we could continue operating normally.

Since then, "Happen Bank" or "LendingClub"has failed us AGAIN AND AGAIN. The first replacement card never arrived. I called customer service and was told the address was correct and another card would be expedited. That second card never arrived. I called again and was told they needed to verify our business address, so I provided the requested mail and statements. I was assured another card would be expedited immediately. That third card never arrived. I called again and was once again assured everything was correct and another expedited card would be sent. That fourth card never arrived. I called yet again, and a different representative finally discovered that the address had never actually been updated properly. She updated it, assured me the issue was fixed, and promised the card would arrive within 3–5 business days. ONCE AGAIN, THE CARD STILL DID NOT ARRIVE.

This has happened OVER AND OVER : multiple calls, multiple promises, multiple “expedited” shipments, and multiple assurances that the problem was fixed, yet we still do not have access to a working company card.

This has cost my company THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in unnecessary wire transfers, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in lost opportunities, payroll complications, and major operational disruptions. For a financial institution responsible for protecting business funds, this level of incompetence is UNACCEPTABLE. I strongly recommend that other business owners think very carefully before trusting Happen Bank/ LendingClub with their money.

My experience was very easy to process. I filled out the application on a saturday and by Tuesday I had the remaining balance. I was even able to set up the direct withdrawal day for repayment schedule. I would highly recomnd this bank.

Applied for the loan online, approval was very quick, and I received the money from the loan in 48 hours from the time I applied.
