I found out about niSurv doing a Google search for a home survey. After reading about the company, it's numerous awards and reviews I decided to instruct. Jeremy offered me a cancellation immediately which I took. The survey was done with a follow up call going through the details of the survey. We were so impressed with the details on the survey and well worth having it done. The communication via call, text and email was second to none. Now I understand why this company has such good reviews and reputation. Would I use NiSurv again, certainly 100%, would I recommend yes I would. I shall be using again when required. Excellent work and report, thank you Jeremy.

As a first time buyer, the whole process was easy to follow and incredibly transparent from beginning to end, and I was even able to download a sample report that had an explanation of everything that would be covered. Even before I got the survey report Jeremy gave me a call to go over the important stuff and give more context to the report to come. When I got the report it was detailed with photos and clear next steps. Couldn't have wished for better service or a better survey!

I instructed NiSurv to carry out a Level 2 Home Survey and valuation. Immediately after I sent my initial inquiry, Jeremy spent time taking me through in detail what the survey would involve and what the report would contain.

Jeremy then gave me a date for the survey and he arrived on time on the day. Jeremy carried out the survey and was able to provide the report on the same day. The report is very well prepared and includes exactly the information and detail I was looking for.

It was excellent service by niSurv from start to finish and I would highly recommend niSurv.
