The survey itself was very detailed and comprehensive. Jeremy was excellent and gave me a rundown of the report before receiving it and summarised everything very well.

They took the time to answer queries I had in subsequent follow up calls, and we are very appreciative of that in particular.

We initially reached out for a quote and lead time, to which Jeremy was honest with us and didn't try to up-sell an enhanced service when it wasn't required for our situation. Excellent service, honest opinion when i taught i needed a level 3 survey and he even provided contact details for me to check with. His Level 2 survey was great and conducted with industry wide equipment's, report was easy to download and Jeremy phoned to discussed the points. He was happy to reply to further queries weeks after the survey.

Professional service with clearly explained outcomes and detailed report

niSurv was very efficient and timely in getting back to me following my request from its website for a Level Two RICS home survey on a property I am buying in NI. niSurv’s use of automated form filling over the internet saved time speaking to a clerk over the ‘phone.
