Eagle Surveyors (NI) Ltd Arvostelua

Shaun has completed several Level 3 Home Surveys for me over the years, and the level of detail and professionalism he provides is second to none. His reports are incredibly thorough, giving me complete confidence in making informed decisions.

What really sets Shaun apart is his willingness to provide follow-up advice after the survey. No question is ever too much trouble, and his guidance has been invaluable with our current property.

On top of that, he's always an absolute gentleman to speak to on the phone—friendly, approachable, and happy to help. I can't thank him enough for everything he's done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a first-class surveyor.

Level 2 home buyer survey- Shaun burns was amazing his report was very good and he went over and beyond.
He also answer all my questions when I called him. Very good and it was worth the money found problems and explained how I could get it sorted.

After booking a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey Report I was contacted by Shaun (Surveyor )from Eagle Surveyors NI. The booking was so easy and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. Shaun attended the property on the date, carried out the survey and an extremely thorough report followed a few days later (so fast). The report was extensive, professional, very informative and well formatted. Use of camera, damp meter and drone made the report easy and enjoyable to read. Thank you Eagle Surveyors NI and in particular Shaun for his Professional input.
Best regards and keep up the good work.

I’ve had surveys done before, but none have been anywhere near as detailed or thorough as the one carried out by Eagle Surveyors.
The level of detail on every part of the property was exceptional, and everything was backed up with clear, annotated photographs, making the report incredibly easy to follow and understand.
I also opted for the drone roof survey, which was absolutely worth the small additional cost. It revealed roof and chimney defects that would never have been spotted otherwise—issues that could have caused significant damage down the line. Thanks to these findings, we were able to renegotiate the purchase price by £10,000.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Eagle Surveyors highly enough. If you’re still unsure, simply compare one of their reports with another provider’s—the difference is huge.

We used Shaun twice to survey two properties, one of which was the property we purchased. Shaun was very professional and thorough in his work. He took the time to phone me and explain the survey report. He also arranged access promptly and didn’t delay the buying process in any way. My brother also used Shaun and recommended him to us. I would recommend Eagle Surveyors for your surveying needs.

Recently got a survey completed, have to say I was skeptical when I set the date for completion but they completely delivered on what they said they were going to achieve.

Extremely detailed survey carried out with zero complaints to be stated.

Very good experience of level 2 home survey. Quick enough to arrange survey and report was provided with 48 hours. Very thorough suvery done. Happy with overall service and would recommend.

I recently had a HomeBuyer survey done by Shaun, and I was really impressed. He comes across as knowledgeable, experienced, and careful in his approach, especially when it comes to residential properties in Northern Ireland. I really appreciated that he sticks to what he's qualified for (like not commenting on gas or electrics unless relevant) and gives clear, practical advice that’s actually useful. His report was very descriptive and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend him!
