niSurv Arvostelua

On the day Jeremy was professional, personable & extremely efficient.
In preparation for the Survey, Jeremy & his team were customer centric in establishing requirements, considering timeline constraints & hosting a quick & efficient booking & payment system, thank you!

Jeremy was so easy to deal with, did a great job with our survey, happy to explain it thoroughly with us, and competitively priced. I'd happily use NISurv again.

Jeremy was great to work with. We booked Jeremy needing our survey completed as soon as possible, and from booking to completion to report being issued was less than two weeks, a brilliant service. Jeremy had our report within 24 hours of doing the survey and even offered a courtesy phone call to discuss his findings. I couldn’t recommend Jeremy highly enough.

Absolutely first class experience with this company NiSurv.
Jeremy pulled all the stops out to get the survey done quickly at the same time nothing was compromised!
He kept me up to date as the process progressed by way of phone calls and emails.
He gave me a verbal preliminary report over the phone outlining any issues and possible future problems. A detailed written report is to follow which will be forwarded to my solicitor.
All in all a very pleasant experience and an extremely knowledgeable and professional guy who really goes out of his way to look after his clientele.
I would have no hesitation in recommending NiSurv to anyone who requires a thorough and complete survey professionally carried out!
Well done NiSurv.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend niSurv. Right from the quote, their service was second to none. Really responsive communication and a very thorough survey. Being talked through the report findings by Jeremy was especially helpful and reassuring.

Had a great experience dealing with Jeremy. He initially had a quick look at the property online and advised on which level he thought best - Level 2 in this case. From the initial quote, to the survey and report, everything was very streamlined. Had to push my survey date back a bit which Jeremy was very flexible with. The survey and report write up took no time, and Jeremy also gave me a call to talk through any key findings.

Used Jeremy for a house survey and I cannot rate higher. Communication excellent and standard of work highly professional. Will be using again.

Jeremy was flexible with his time, good communication and genuine professional advice and report.
Communication with every step.

Everything was so easy to organise. We had a few issues regarding the house and Jeremy was there to speak to with any concerns. The report was clear and detailed. Thank you Jeremy 😊

Jeremy was great - the survey results were described in good detail and were very thorough. The booking process was also very transparent with timelines and expectations. Will definitely use the services again.

I recently had a RICS Home Survey Level 2 carried out by Jeremy. I received a quote within 24 hours along with an estimated timeline for when the survey could be booked. Following that I received a full survey report the next working day after survey was conducted. Additionally I received a phone call from Jeremy explaining the key findings. Overall, very happy with the service provided and highly recommending.

Very professional, accurate and helpful

Jeremy was a professional from the start. With guidance on which survey to best choose and was at all times on hand to offer possible ways to best resolve problems.
His service was invaluable.

We have used niSurv twice for L2 surveys and on both occasions were very happy with the service. Jeremy was happy to have a quick phone conversation to discuss our needs, then booking and paying online were very straightforward. On both occasions we had our report the day following the visit to the premises and again Jeremy had a conversation to take us through his key findings and concerns. The report itself followed the standard RICS L2 format and contained a detailed write up of each area surveyed with relevant images and subsequent recommendations for further investigation/action if necessary.

I'd highly recommend niSurv to anyone needing a RICS L2 survey.

I recently had a Level 2 Homebuyer Survey conducted by Jeremy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Jeremy's communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions promptly. He was thorough in his inspection and took the time to give me a detailed rundown of the notes he took, ensuring I understood everything clearly. I recommend niSurv.

I am honestly so happy we decided to go with NiSurv for our Level 2 house survey. Jeremy did a very thorough job and was able to answer any questions we had regarding our report. The entire process was very smooth and completed quickly and efficiently. He kept us up to date from get go and the report itself was very detailed. Being a first time buyer, the entire process of buying your first home can be very stressful and daunting at times, but Jeremy helped put us at ease with such a great service :) thank you so much!

Company completed an RICS Home Survey Level 2, in less than a week. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, interested and responsive. Would recommend.

Very prompt, good advice, very easy to deal with.
