Returned from holiday late last night & collected car from long stay car park at Gatwick. Accidently drove through drop off zone, which is easily done ! Contacted Customer Services Team today & spoke to Bianca who was very polite & even called me back when we got cut off. Given the circumstances Bianca agreed to cancel the charge, which was a great relief.

Superstar Sam to the rescue.
Sam was very helpful in sorting out our problem. In an already difficult day, coming back from a dear friend’s funeral, we were diverted off the M/A23 into Gatwick airport and had no obvious way of avoiding the drop off area. I was quite upset by the idea that a 2h45 journey was taking over six hours and I’d have to pay all this extra money to boot. But Sam listened compassionately and solved our problem and I am very grateful to him. Thank you Sam.
