This is the best receipt program I have used to date. You are rewarded the more you use it. I cash out about $25 every 3 months which is better than all the other gift card apps. The other receipt apps pay about $5 every 3 months. It's great for people who are on a budget. I have also had a great experience with customer service to hold my account while on vacation. You want to transmit weekly to keep up the point system. They take care of their members who are loyal. I noticed it takes less time to rack up the points as time goes by because they really take care of you with extra points the more faithful to the app you are.

Took the money without prebooking my parking. Customer services useless
My pre-booking was of critical importance, two days in Cardiff Westgate Street. Charged £64 without securing my space. 1 hour on the phone, being told “hold on” 11 times. Obscene!

I hate car parking apps but dealt with a human
I hate car parking apps. How horrified was I to find out that I could ONLY pay via an app and that I was supposed to pay in advance when I'd already been parked there for over 24 hours...!? I started messaging...an 'AI bot'. Then 'Heidi' (who I think was human) took over and sorted out my car parking and app challenges very quickly and efficiently. Hurrah!
