We visited the NHI showroom in Wareham, not realising that we should have made an appointment. James dropped out of a meeting in order to speak to us and answer all our questions.
Having selected a verandah for our home we had a survey by John, again very helpful and informative. He made some suggestions for a better outcome.
The office kept us informed about installation, sending reminders and also organised finance at short notice.
On the day of the installation Neil and Wayne arrived promptly, carried out the work and tidied up. All very impressive.

Excellent process involved from purchasing to having my awning fitted. The staff were friendly and supportive.Everything was explained thoroughly. A big cost for me but I was made to feel confident that the product was good quality and that if cared for would last me for 15-20 years. The sun has shone this week enabling me to enjoy it . So thank you Nationwide and all the staff.

We got Nationwide to erect a veranda 10 years ago. It still looks fantastic, but we needed a little bit of maintenance after damage from scaffolding. After discussing this with Ayesha they sent round a team to rectified this. We continue to be delighted with the veranda and the customer service from Nationwide. I certainly recommend them as a trusted company to deal with.

We purchased our first awning 7 years ago and have been very happy with it. Having built an addition to the house, we have returned adding two more awnings. Same lovely salesperson who advised us on selections and Wayne and Neil did a great job installing. Polite, efficient and left the site clean and ready to go! Very professional customer service people. Highly recommend the company.

Had a free standing structure ( veranda Iseo) with poly roof at the rear of our garden late last year and have just added some screens. The company has been excellent all the way throughout the process. Very professional. We are very pleased with the product. Everyone we have met, from the sales, surveyor and the guys who erected it originally (sorry but can’t recall names) and then those (Guy and Jordan) who fitted the additional screens have been so attentive to detail. Worked non stop and when finished left the area spotless. We have spoken to customer care occasionally and again are very impressed. We are already enjoying our veranda. We would highly recommend the company and the product. Thank you.

I think there are too much left over sharp metal shavings and pieces left on the grass which is difficult to remove. On floor tiles, it is easy to sweep them up, but not on grass or in crevices. They should consider using a ground sheet and also dust extraction to collect these during cutting and the install.

Previous customer of Nationwide Home Innovations where they installed a lovely Veranda 11 years ago which is still looking like new. We decided to enquire if they could extend the Veranda as we use it so much and could do with more space. Surveyor confirmed they could attach an extension to the Veranda which would be fully waterproof and would not look out of place. Today Guy and Jordan carried out the installation, they worked very efficiently together, very tidy and nothing was to much trouble clearly enjoying there work. Cleaned up behind themselves and removed all debris. Would 100% recommend Nationwide. Now for nice weather to start to enjoy our outdoor living again.

Hi I had very good service and honest punctual installation for my new Veranda in kitchen patio.

Everything was great from start to finish the representative came out then the surveyor then the installer all done and kept informed it now looks amazing everything left tidy thanks

We had an electric awning fitted over our terrace last summer and it looks fabulous and works perfectly. There was no pressure from the sales person and the price was two thousand pounds under that of another well known company for the same specification and features. The other company also used dodgy tactic of a discount if we signed a contract on the spot - we are so glad we refused and waited for Nationwide to visit us before deciding.

Great quality product which was supplied and installed within the timeframe indicated.

I am a returning customer of Nationwide Home Innovations, they fitted an awning on the back of my garage 10 years ago & it’s still amazing. Now, they have fitted an awning over my kitchen window to keep me from being blinded by the sunlight whilst I’m in my kitchen. Wayne & Neil did a fabulous job in windy conditions.
