We got Nationwide to erect a veranda 10 years ago. It still looks fantastic, but we needed a little bit of maintenance after damage from scaffolding. After discussing this with Ayesha they sent round a team to rectified this. We continue to be delighted with the veranda and the customer service from Nationwide. I certainly recommend them as a trusted company to deal with.

I have just had Contact Solar install a solar panel and battery system and am delighted with the result.
They were very competitively priced and offer access to a great import and export tariff with EDF.
The staff made the whole process seamless as as stress free as possible.
Everyone at Contact Solar were incredibly helpful, and a special mention must go to Dominic and Ellie who were brilliant throughout. I'd definitely recommend Contact Solar

The full fibre installation was carried out on time and in full. The installer was efficient, informative and considerate.

Great experience from ordering to the delivery.

We went in to find a tap to match our sink. We had looked at different options elsewhere but couldn't find the right tap.
Amy in the kitchen department was incredibly informative in helping us choose the perfect tap. She also ordered it for us and it arrived to our house just 3 days later. We are very appreciative to Amy for her excellent customer service.

We were allowed to check in luggage before the 3 hour mark which prevented us hanging around departures. The whole process was a good experience. Good leg room in standard seats. Flights arrived pretty much on time.

I ordered two Garbage (the rock band) t-shirts, both arrived but we're not as advertised.
The one from 'Putian Build Auspicious Industry and Trade' had much larger print than advertised. I have been offered a new product that matches the advertised product, so hopefully that actually happens.
The second one was from 'Ningbo Aiyisen Guoji Maoyi' and had no back print despite being advertised as "Garbage Band I'm Only Happy When It Rains Front & Back Print Adult Short Sleeve T-shirt". This company have argued with me that it is as advertised....which is clearly wrong.
Therefore my experience with Fruugo has been very disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone else as things stand.

Just had a gig cancelled. This was through ATG Tickets. I was originally offered a voucher rather than full refund which seemed very cheeky! I had to apply for a refund and was then told that the transaction fee and insurance would not be refunded. In another instance of a cancelled gig earlier this year with a different company I was given a full refund. When I enquired about this the representative on the phone was very rude and abrupt. Therefore they will not be getting anymore business from me!!

Easy to book and use (as long as you have Internet access). Great savings compared to booking individually.

We had Ross from ChargedEV fit our Hypervolt unit today. He was prompt, polite and informative. Ross did a very professional job which we are delighted with. Thanks you Ross.

After providing Vospers with my car registration plate and make of car I was quoted £150 over the phone for my Ford Ecosport. However, when I arrived at reception I was told it would be £355 because I was quoted for a Ford Kuga (which I have never owned).
Despite the fact that it was Vospers Ford Exeter that quoted me the wrong price I still had to pay more than double that price. There was also no apology or appreciation of how I felt as a customer who had spent thousands of pounds as a loyal customer for over a decade or more. I did complain and eventually got a verbal apology, but where was that on the day! There was still no goodwill offer of compensation for this awful customer service experience.
 
Things got worse when later on I noticed that I had someone else’s vehicle service sheet with their personal identifiable information displayed. This was a clear breach of GDPR rules. Another concern was that this persons vehicle was in worse shape than mine, and if they had received my service sheet they may have a dangerous false sense of security with potential serious consequences. I was also concerned about my personal identifiable information and whether someone else may have that information.

I notified Vospers Ford Exeter who carried out an investigation and concluded that my personal identifiable information had not been given to anyone and would probably have been shredded at the end of the working day of my service. Of course, I only have their word which is no guarantee that my personal identifiable information was secure.
 
So after this awful experience on the day, increased cost compared to the quote and the following stress and worry about my personal identifiable information all they could offer me was a free MOT! Fortunately I don’t have my Ford anymore and will never again give Vospers any more of my time and money! Best avoided if you can! Premium price for budget service!
