I think there are too much left over sharp metal shavings and pieces left on the grass which is difficult to remove. On floor tiles, it is easy to sweep them up, but not on grass or in crevices. They should consider using a ground sheet and also dust extraction to collect these during cutting and the install.

While it is great that your customer service resolved my issue with a non-working spare key for my new lock by sending me a set of completely new locks and keys, it is worrying for me that spare key could not be made for the lock that I bought originally. Makes me think if the same problem will happen if I need to replace another lock in the future.

The spare key does not work even though the code is check to be correct with the support person.

Ordered a set of Lithium PP3 battery... the web page said that it was in stock, but they then email me subsequently to say that it was not. However, on my request, they where able to sent me a better alternative at no extra cost to me. Well done for turning a negative situation a postive one.
