I have received a total of £775 for 2 parking tickets, the only reason I was in the car park was waiting for an Uber delivery and to pickup an Uber delivery, in total last month November they took £115 ,I receive Universal credit and I have explained this to them ,also personal circumstances out of my control,these people and this company are Stone cold , I have been in touch with debt relief and they have advised me to send a N245 form in to the court that they took it to ,namely Northampton which I will be doing as you Cannot repeatedly take this back to court not once or twice but three times adding on extra money, pressure and Stress and also the debt collector they use DCBL they are getting a review because they are just as bad .You don't deserve any stars never mind one .

As you know, have opened multiple accounts with you for our various shop car parks. Unfortunately, our repeated requests have been ignored, and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of action.

Please confirm whether you are able to continue providing this service for us. If not, we will be forced to look for alternative providers, as we cannot continue chasing for basic enforcement. These vehicles are repeatedly violating our parking rules every day and causing significant issues for our staff.

Despite submitting reports through the app and sending multiple follow-ups, no tickets have been issued and our concerns are not being addressed.

We kindly request that immediate action is taken for these two vehicles, as the situation is becoming increasingly difficult to manage.

Thank you for your support, and I hope this matter can be resolved urgently.

AVOID - Parked at Myrtle Parade Liverpool, in a disability bay with my blue badge displayed, for 15 mins max. Over a month later I got a bailiffs letter for an unpaid parking fine, for £170, I'd not received any correspondence about this fine before. I had to pay this fine in full as the bailiffs (dcbl) would not give me details to appeal. I have emailed the company, National Parking Group but after reading these reviews, they're obviously scammers and I have no chance of a partial refund.

Due to an incoming camera failure that failed to recognise vehicle lawfully transiting to land they do not control and subsequently issued about 20+ tickets wrongly And the ignorant "customer service" person refused to listen and said nothing coud be done unless put in writing. Was left to the land agent who employ NPC to remove the tickets, typical greedy pig ignorant scumbag parking company.

The website didn't allow me to appeal.. As soon pay the ticket it started working.. The picture taken by a guy parked in a car in the area cars are not supposed to park at 27 knights hill SE27.. Would not be using that Texaco again.. I was spending money at that place every other day as its my local... Never again

They sent me a ticket for a car that doesn't belong to me (I am a previous owner) and then escalated it to Debt Collectors. They claimed they got my details from the DVLA and were absolutely ruthless. I got a SAR from DVLA saying I hadn't been the registered keeper for years and NPCG seem to have backed down. But I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Also DVLA say they didn't give out my details. Someone is telling porkies.

I am the owner of three businesses, all located in busy town centre locations, where we have experienced ongoing issues with unauthorised vehicles parking illegally on our private property.

To address this, we engaged the services of NPC, who responded promptly and professionally by installing multiple clear warning signs across all sites, advising the public that unauthorised parking is prohibited.

Despite these measures, we continue to face persistent problems with repeat offenders who disregard the signage entirely. NPC provided us with an app to report violations, allowing us to submit photographs and number plates of offending vehicles, with the understanding that each report would result in a £100 fine being issued to the vehicle owner.

Several vehicles have been reported more than 15 times, yet we have been unable to obtain any confirmation of the fines issued. I have made multiple attempts—both by phone and email—to request a full list of the parking charge notices issued against these repeat offenders. Each time, I am told that our point of contact is unavailable, and none of my emails have been acknowledged or responded to.

This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially given the ongoing nature of the problem. I would appreciate a prompt and comprehensive response, including the information requested, so that we can move forward effectively in managing our sites(just in case they read their reviews more than their emails!)

Please be warned that any dealings with this company will be frought with rudeness, no compassion and a total lack of care let alone awful service. They are merely bullies that attempt to enforce even on land where legal covenants are in place!! When calling to attempt to explain this they simply do not care, why would they when potentially they are attempting to get £100 per contravention. Happily in my instance they're bully boy tactics have been shown for what they really are and the so called 'regulations' have been removed within 5 days!!! Shame on them for disrespecting me, not listening when I told them of such legal covenants but more over with a company of this size, what on earth was going in with they're due diligence???!?!

Abysmal. Reorganising car parks, conning people out of money with signs that are hidden, obscured or so small that I didnt see it. Changing permissions in car parks so people dont realise there are changes. In my case, it was going to the doctor, and a random area apparently no longer for patient use (always was before).
Deliberately misleading, purposefully taking money.
Morally corrupt. Get these people back to the gutter they came from.

Absolute shambles of a company!! I had a site with NPC and with some ongoing issues that were unavoidable to get started, I had nothing but a lack of help from this company. Vague communication and no follow ups on emails/callbacks. I got passed to 4 different people within a few months as they'd all left or let go so that says a lot about their company! After appearing helpful on the phone they decided to randomly terminate my contract without explanation and now our area has been flooded with unauthorised cars and the whole process has been a colossal waste of time. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS AS SUPPLIERS!

They have been appointed to control the parking at my estate. I have a permit & and blue badge. I have been given 3 tickets een with a permit. I have contested all of 3 of them, but they have not revoked them. So I am appealing with IAS.

I was staying at the Marriot Hotel in Manchester Piccadilly. I swung into the Marriot branded and adjoining car park. In another world you might expect it to be free as a resident, but it was £25 for overnight with an unspecified resident discount at the time. The only option was to pay via Ringo, but my mobile battery died before I could. So I went to reception to pay there, unaware NPC ran the car park. In total I was in the car park for 11 minutes, while I tried to pay via Ringo and at reception. I was told I couldn't pay at reception as they don't run the car park. I removed the car immediately. I ended up paying £170 for those 11 minutes after being referred to debt collectors. During the appeal NPC lied about card and cash payment options being available on site. The hotel had deleted the CCTV of me in reception and later changed their stance to "I could pay at reception". They will be getting a similar review shortly - but NPC are dishonest and appalling. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

For land owners looking to use this company, don't...
They don't pay compensation for tickets issued unless they're chased up, wardens don't visit and the account managers have no clue what they're doing. Its worth paying a more competent company.

The signage is completely inadequate and installed so high, one cannot even read it. The fine was unjust and unfair. Scammers.

so far we have had nothing short of a terrible experience with this company. We have signed a contract for this company to carry out ticketing in a private carpark we manage and while it is free of charge i would rather pay someone and actually have the job done! it takes forever for a response and 2 months on they still haven't issued a ticket once.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I parked in a place that I shouldn’t have which is my fault, but I never got the original parking fine. Weeks later, out of nowhere, I receive a debt collectors letter for £170 because of this unpaid parking ticket, but I never received the ticket in the first place, therefore I couldn’t settle it as I wasn’t even aware I had a ticket. Both NPC and debt collectors said they can’t do nothing; I can’t appeal, it’s past the time and I have to pay. This is basically a legal scam if that’s even a thing. Customer service were extremely unhelpful and just put up ‘brick wall’ responses, washing their hands of responsibility and essentially forcing you to pay. It’s inhumane, unethical and inconsiderate. Especially Becky Logan from NPC. Absolutely unhelpful and unkind and emotionless. Boycott this company. They are scammers.

They are simply thieves. No one provided me a permit and my contract did not require a permit. They charged me 20 tickets for parking at my own spot. And they are threatening court hearing.

Crooks! Sending parking notices to clients when they have a monthly subscription and then not supporting when they have done the wrong thing.

Unfortunately, as nearly all other reviewers have already said, there are no zero or minus options, so one star it is! Scammers, con- men, crooks, bullies…..please feel free to add to my descriptive list of this shambolic company. A friend & I parked correctly, got into the building, entered our reg number (witnessed by my hairdresser (who I was visiting) & the receptionist, all within the 10 minute slot given. An hour later we left. A couple of weeks later, we received the fine! We challenged this by formally appealing. It was rejected and we were offered a reduced fine of £20, although the evidence sent with the appeal was acknowledged! A reduced fine? An admission of guilt & ‘let’s see what we can get’ more like!

The trouble is, the preferred option, not to use these carparks, is pretty much impossible if they’re running the carpark you need to use to do what you need to!

I paid £20 to put the whole thing to bed and have left any ongoing fight to the landlord of this Cardiff carpark, who no doubt, will be worrying about losing tenants if this crooked behaviour continues!!
