Booked and paid extra for specific day collection and delivery and this was ignored. Waste of time and money

Didn’t collect even after 7 days, Customer Service just said ‘collections and service isn’t guaranteed’.

Very poor, unreliable and unapologetic.

Cancelled the uncollected booking and permanently closed the business account with National Pallets, still awaiting a full refund after 10 days.

AVOID!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR GOODS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A SHAMABLES OF A COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. They will not come and collect your pallets when they say they will on the dates you have booked online. When they do come, they will claim the pallets have not been labelled correctly even though you have printed off the dodgy A4 label from the order and stuck them on the pallet. Once they eventually come & collect the goods, & have them at their depot, they will contact you and say that you need to pay a further wasted journey fee as they had to come to collect the goods twice, but that wasn't your fault and they will hold your stock on ransom until you pay another £30 to release your goods then blame you that you did something wrong. We were then told that we should have told National pallets about the order, but we booked the order via their website. This is the most ridiculous website and company I have ever worked with. NEVER again

Used the live chat function to discuss our booking, Sheilla R was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Not Helpful when asking for assistance to ship pallets across to NI. Poor communication.

Collected when expected. Delivered earlier than expected which was brilliant.

Waited in all day for a delivery, then hot and email saying they had tried to deliver and I had not had my phone on. Both total lies. Then saying I have to pay for another delivery. No number to ring and not replying to my emails. I feel this is a scam. Order was sippised to come from Our Home Gym. Avoid both.

The service is good but would of been a 5 star they don't phone before collection and delivery. A call 20 min before arrival would be an advantage to prepare for the collection or delivery.

The responses on live chat are fast, and the team is cooperative. However, replies via email are usually delayed.But their collection and delievery process are very good.

Absolutely do not use this company. Thieves, liars and scammers. Stole £100 off of me. Can’t contact anyone zero customer service. Complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Tried to get a delivery to Ireland but had to ask for a refund due to inactivity over a couple of weeks

Very disapointing

It happened I got my pallet but communication was no existant only email so I had now I dear what was happening they didn't now what was happening them self to they piont they sent a second lorry to collected the same items then at same time it was half way down my drive being delivery there tracking app didn't work

I used National Pallets to return high-value items including 2x shower glass doors, a bath filler, waste & overflow, and a radiator — worth around £1,000 in total.

Everything was packed securely, exactly as instructed. Items were properly protected, tied down with binding, and loaded with care. Despite that, every single item was damaged in transit. We’re talking shattered glass, scratched fittings, and torn packaging.

Because of the damage caused while in National Pallets’ care, I wasn’t able to get a refund. The retailer rightly refused — and I don’t blame them. The fault lies entirely with the courier.

National Pallets has taken zero responsibility, offered no support, no compensation, and no explanation. Just silence. Their service is negligent and their customer care is non-existent.

If you’re shipping anything remotely fragile or valuable, do not trust this company. They’ll destroy your items, leave you out of pocket, and walk away like nothing happened.

Don’t know what others have experienced but the service I received was excellent, I bought items off eBay & couldn’t do the journey as they were too heavy for me being disabled so looked for this type of thing got a 24hr pallet collection delivery service great price for service provided collected pallet from seller in afternoon and delivery to me next day before 1pm all for £71 worth twice that for just my time alone let alone travelling myself to collect & driving over 100miles each way I just couldn’t do that anymore, absolute bargain if you ask me, highly recommended service no faults here many thanks and customer support shiella excellent 👍

uncollected pallet on date of collection, no tracking, late night message advising the following which erodes confidence. why would i need to confirm delivery address that is printed on a label and attached to the package!

Please note that, due to Haulable working with multiple couriers, for pallet collections, we kindly ask that you confirm the delivery address with the collection driver before handing over your goods. This ensures that the correct items are given to the correct driver.

awaiting company response regarding why pallet was uncollected. ( update - advised driver would arrive on tuesday, not monday as booked, no reason provided )

would advise others to avoid national pallets at all costs and use other reputable pallet providers, not third party brokers who can’t offer appropriate support.

I am not the only one with issues, read both national pallets and haulable reviews online.

it is worth noting, they are operated by parcel2go, who I have used many many many times in the past, with only a single issue ( a missing car dolly ) which was also unresolved to an unsatisfactory outcome.

update - tuesday palled was collected ( day late ), tracking shows item incorrectly marked as delivered. Have emailed last night to query. its midday now and haven’t had a response.

will report back when I receive a response and/or the pallet is delivered successfully

edit, was delivered the next day after a day late collection, at 4:30pm, thankfully!

I can rest easy now but that was a stressful experience.

Was able to print my label but not the invoice though the link sent via email, the first lady i talked to on the chat tried to send it by email again but I got the same thing, cannot download securely. any way then I lost my internet connection so had to try again. This time I talked to the lovely Sheilla who was able to sort me a download through the chat and bingo it worked.

If there is any issue with your delivery you may as well give up because getting it sorted is a nightmare. Never again!

£676 SENT ON A EUROPEAN PALLET BOOKING.
COMMERCIAL INVOICES WE PROVIDED THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT - SO THEY SENT US THERE VERSION THAT WE CANNOT EDIT AND ARE MICROSCOPIC IN APPEARANCE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OBTUSE AND AFTER SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY WHO NATIONAL PALLETS BOOK WITH MERCION AND PALLEX BOTH SAID THE COMMERCIAL INVOICES WE PROVIDED WERE FINE AND NATIONAL PALLETS HAD NOT EVEN SENT OUR BOOKING THROUGH HENCE 6 DAYS NO COLLECTIONS. YOUR A DISGRACE OF COMPANY.

update- national pallets your response is lies. you had your pathetically poorly designed form uploaded and sent back you with eori numbers provided. you then came up with more excuses. wake up your full of excuses. 3 days to respond to emails - a phone number that doesn't work. you hides behind emails with unhelpful staff - your a shambles of a business to deal with but its no surprise as when you research who you are as your parcels2go who is also another disaster to deal with where customer service doesn't exist.

Didn't turn up to collect on Friday despite me asking (via chat as its the only way to contact them) at 3.30 if was definitely being collected that day. Contacted them again on Tuesday (after bank holiday) to be told "I will look into it and contact you by email), nothing heard. Repeated the contact on Wednesday to get the same response and then because I hadn't replied within 1 minute they ended the chat. Absolute shambles and zero customer service.
