TPN - THE Pallet Network Arvostelua 

Unbelievable service from start to finish! TPN provide a tracking system which is completely pointless. Every time I checked, the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back until eventually the company closed for the day, leaving me with no delivery and nobody to contact to find out what was going on.

When I finally managed to speak to someone, I was told that apparently my road was too small for their delivery vehicle. Strange, considering every other delivery company manages to deliver here without any issues whatsoever!

To make matters worse, I was informed that Jasmine had apparently decided it was acceptable to rearrange my delivery for the following Monday, without even having the courtesy to call me, explain the situation or ask whether that was convenient.

So not only did I waste an entire day waiting for a delivery that never arrived, I was then expected to accept another delivery date without any communication or apology.

What is the point of providing customers with tracking information if it is completely unreliable? And what happened to basic customer service?

The lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for customers is absolutely disgraceful.

If I could give minus stars for customer service, I certainly would! Unfortunately, one star is the lowest option available.

An absolute shambles of a delivery company. I would strongly advise others to avoid if possible!

Just wanted to say how impressed I am by TPN. I have a delivery from them most weeks but I realised I have never written a review.

I had my delivery today and the driver was brilliant. I don't know his name but he is always helpful and actually waited today what turned out to be 20 minutes before he left...despite me missing his knocking because I was in Teams meeting and the doorbell battery was dead!!

I'm really impressed by this company and the delivery guy especially. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get the job done professionally. Well done and thanks :)

Terrible, waited in all day for a delivery and didn't arrive, tracking information not updated. Pointless.

waiting on delivery now 6 days was told i must be in to collect which was fine for the week i ordered giving them 7 days to deliver but pallet has been at local depot for 3 days now. Now i am back at work so wont be home to receive item, just have to see when it get delivered and what they do with it.

I was expecting a delivery of an important sample for a customer which did arrive at the Leeds depot. I was informed that because the warehouse was busy the delivery could not be made until Monday 21st.September. As this was urgent I called the depot and was put through to Oliver. I explained to him that the customer required the sample urgently. Oliver told me to call back around lunchtime,which I did. He said "Martin,I have managed to squeeze you in; you will have the delivery by 5pm" ! That is what I call service !! Thanks again Oliver.

Only gave them 1 star as that was minimum anyone could give!
Unhelpful driver, kerbside delivery, that’s a laugh, left the pallet halfway in the road!
Tracking system is next to useless and you try and ring their customer services, no joy!!

I don’t understand how this company gets any business. While trying to reverse into my drive the driver took out my neighbour’s metal gate post, brought down a wall and then gouged the tarmac off my driveway with the lorry.
Then with his not fully charged pump truck gouged the entire length of the rest of the tarmac and broke two drain covers.
Complaint submitted - no response from “gregg” who is “in charge.”

Yesterday a crate was delivered to my home, the driver dumped it at the top of my driveway (I live on a very busy road). The crate had two handles either side and could have easily been lifted by the driver and me but that is apparently against policy. So ok he is covered by a policy but that does not excuse the man then standing there smug and saying “good luck with that” as I had to drag the crate away from the top of the driveway so it did not get stolen and it was not blocking the entrance for my clients. This dreadful human then proceeded to film me without my consent, presumably to cover himself if there was any damage. What a dreadful individual. His manner towards me was unacceptable and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. I hope never to come across him again. He enjoyed his policy and seeing me struggle it was absolutely disgraceful.

Delivery of an £800 shower due today. Was sent a message at midday to say it was out for delivery. On Vidalux website it states delivery will be between 8 and 6. It is now 6:35pm.
Each time I refresh the website it updates to the time it is now and until an hours time.
I have taken the day off work and waited in for my shower which has not arrived.
I can’t get hold of this company by phone as no one answers. Have asked for a call back and nothing. Can not email as it says their mailbox is full.
So now my £800 shower is god knows where and I have wasted a day of annual leave.
Can someone get back to me asap?

Had four pallets of shrubs delivered by TPN in the Newcastle area. There were access problems in to the development. The driver transported each pallet up a long driveway to deliver. Jonathan M, the driver, was polite and helpful. It is refreshing that a company went above and beyond. Thank you.

Friday. Our delivery was cancelled that morning despite the tracker showing 'Out for Delivery' Reason - volume of work. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Tracker again showing OFD. We called Head Office for a delivery time and was told 1 til 3. 3pm came and went. What followed was over an hour of phone calls. We were first told the crate was on the truck suggesting delivery would definitely happen, however nobody knew where the driver was and the truck had no tracker. Eventually spoke to the delivery depot where it was confirmed goods were still in the yard. And they were still very busy. We had cancelled engagements to be at home. Delivery costs were £120. As there was no guarantee on future delivery dates and we were already a day late for a short holiday we cancelled the order. So everyone loses. A real shame for the vendor of the goods.

I was told delivery was between 9 and 11 today…… it’s now 1.47 and no sign. If an arrangement is made there can be no excuse for breaking it - it’s up to the company to resolve any issues and keep to their promises. If we all ‘worked’ to this standard nothing would ever get done!!!

Although it arrived on time the delivery drivers attitude was appalling. They left it on the very edge of the drive overhanging the road on a blind corner. Very dangerous. When i asked exceedingly politely if they would move the garden furniture into the garden as I had the skip on our drive being collected any minute the reply and I was a single woman the reply was "not my problem love" and drove off.

Excellent, easy to contact and told me exact day and time my pallet would arrive. Jimmy was friendly and helpful!

No show

Waited in all day long for a BBQ delivery for this sunny weekend and no sign by 4pm. Apparently delivery driver stuck on m25 for last hour and heading back home - what a great service!! Not a call to let me know anything by way of update and instead I am on hold to them, to find out what is happening.
My second one star review in a day and third in as many weeks. UK businesses just too quick to take customer cash and they really don’t care one bit about customer service. TPN joins a merry band of hopeless UK companies.

Absolutely terrible experience. Expecting a delivery for items purchased from the range, called the night before because I hadn’t heard anything to be told that didn’t know where the items were, there was nothing they could do and to contact the Range. The range have piss poor impossible to reach customer services so we are now £900 out of pocket and with out the items. If I hadn’t of called no doubt I would have been sat there like a wally all day waiting for a delivery that wasn’t coming.

This review is of a delivery which is supposedly in transit. TPN is the haulier chosen by the supplier, so I have had no option but to experience the same appalling service others have received.
My goods were due for delivery 2nd or 3rd July. The TPN tracker shows no details at all - unlike other complainants I don't even have faulty tracker data ! Having stayed in all day on both days I rang TPN in Derby, to be told that a 'partner' had it and delivery was due on 6th. Graciously they gave me a number. Further investigation showed a tracker (aftership.com) which did have data from TPN and showed they'd had it from 1st Jul. The delivery was supposed to be made by Bridgemere Distribution Ltd - I rang today (6th) at 8:02 am, to be
told to ring at 9:30 am; I rang at 9:34 am and, after being on hold for 5 mins, was told it would probably be late morning but she couldn't be certain, but she'd ring when it was on it's way. By 13:51 no phone call and no delivery I rang again. Zoe could not give me any info but would ring me back . . It's now 15:06, still no phone call, still no delivery. Meanwhile they have my expensive purchase either sitting in their warehouse or trundling around in one of their trucks.
The consignment number is 94706556 - I have repeated it so many times I have it off by heart
*** I rang again at 15:25 and was told it would be delivered tomorrow. After I expressed my extreme displeasure they offered to deliver it by van later this afternoon. It arrived at 16:35, delivered by a polite efficient driver . . pity the company fails its staff

Delivered , damaged my drive , crashed into my fence. When contacted denied it had happened when all on camera, blamed a workman who was there, driver admitted it HR deny deny deny. Would not use again

Absolute joke of a company.
Failed to deliver twice, the second time they didn't even bother to tell me they weren't going to show up.
Website never updated, shockingly outdated and does not work on mobile.
I pity anyone who is expecting a delivery via this company.

Absolutely 0 way this company have won awards, bought a bbq and it was a guarantee before Fathers day delivery.
All my details were up to date and correct
And they didn't even deliver it, said they had the wrong number for me which isn't true as it was completely right but didn't even ATTEMPT to deliver
