Lovely quality items beautifully packaged
Really happy with the Ditsy back pack and lunch bag for my granddaughter. The personalisation is really well done. It’s embroidery not iron on which I think some reviewers were not happy with ( iron on) but I can vouch for the embroidery as it’s perfect. The backpack and lunch bag are really great quality so I am very pleased and excited to give as a gift for our granddaughters second birthday.
Also ordered the Peppa Pig personalised soft toy and that too is gorgeous.

I ordered two items and paid for next…
I ordered two items and paid for next day delivery to two separate addresses. One item arrived but the other did not. When I contacted the company asking them to resend the item but was told I had to wait 48 hours to see if the delivery company would deliver the original. I could see from tracking it had not left their depot. This was a gift for someone who was at a temporary address hence the next day delivery request. I had to ask for my postage costs back it wasn’t offered. They only refunded partial costs of the postage. £3. OR they eventually said I could have £15 off a subsequent purchase within the following 6 months but as I’d had the partial postage costs that was no longer an option. Very bad customer service. No recognition of the upset and disappointment. It was like talking to a brick wall when I got in touch with them.

Backpack broke within 2 months
My daughter received one of the small backpacks as a gift 2 months ago. Unfortunately the zip/pendant has already broken off, which is not the quality of My First Years I would expect. Will refrain from purchasing products from them again.

Watch the font as you may not get what you expect
Previous satisfactory purchases from this company but not so good this time. Business is based on customized items with a child name added. On this occasion the requested sentence style was not followed and all capitals used. Rather changed the look and appeal so questioned via customer support. Sadly their view was that the correct font was used but capitalization is not the same as a font.
