Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. The bag I received was not as it appeared in the advertised images, which I found to be misleading. Unfortunately, when I tried to return the bag, the company refused to accept it back.
I expected the product to match the images and description, and I feel let down by both the quality of the representation and the customer service I received. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and make sure they are completely satisfied before purchasing.

Starting school is a milestone moment and for our grandson, we wanted to mark it with a gift that was personal and thoughtful. Order never arrived
Ordered a personalised backpack on 2 September needed it for 15th. Never arrived because Evri never deliver to our block. They either lose the parcels or just don't even attempt delivery. The customer service assistant couldn't expedite the investigation and wasn't helpful at all. The backpack never arrived for my son's 2nd birthday. They wouldn't generate a refund as she needed to give Everi 2 days to look into things, until I threatened a charge back and then all of a sudden the customer service assistant said she could stop the delivery and generate a refund that way.
In that space of time I had 3 parcels from different retailers that hadn't been delivered by Evri. She couldn't sense my frustration or upset. Won't be using My 1st years ever again and will make my friends and family don't either

Hi Ama, we’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your order, especially as it was intended for your son’s 2nd birthday. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been.
When a parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, our Customer Service team is required to raise an investigation with the courier first so that we can obtain further information and establish what has happened to the parcel. This is the process our team is required to follow before we can take the next steps.
As you no longer wished to receive the order, we arranged for the delivery to be stopped and processed your refund instead.
We’re sorry that your experience left you feeling frustrated and that we weren’t able to resolve this as quickly as you had hoped. If you regularly experience issues with Evri deliveries to your area, we would recommend selecting an alternative courier option where available when placing future orders.
We’re sorry again that we weren’t able to get your son's birthday gift to you in time.

Not happy with my order
Not happy with my order, i purchased a lunch box personalised with my babys name on it and straight after the first use and washing it the name and print has come away. Not worth the price, very cheap and tacky item, wouldn’t shop on here again. Need to do better if a brand is going to charge extortionate, you don't expect anything to come off.

Lovely quality items beautifully packaged
Really happy with the Ditsy back pack and lunch bag for my granddaughter. The personalisation is really well done. It’s embroidery not iron on which I think some reviewers were not happy with ( iron on) but I can vouch for the embroidery as it’s perfect. The backpack and lunch bag are really great quality so I am very pleased and excited to give as a gift for our granddaughters second birthday.
Also ordered the Peppa Pig personalised soft toy and that too is gorgeous.
