Poor poor quality in a fancy box! Babies house coat. Really thin material, expected more especially for a baby!
I will be returning this item, very disappointed as was a 1st birthday gift..likely won’t hav time now to order a personalised gift to come from somewhere else!!

Very disappointed
I ordered what I thought would be a cute little bag for my son’s nursery. I based my order looking at the pictures and the title of the bag. In hindsight I should have taken a closer look at the measurements however when I filtered out to normal bags the Borg Teddy bag seemed ideal. It didn’t come up under the ‘ mini’ bags so I assumed this should be a good size. The image showed a older girl carrying a bag that looked massive against her body. Naturally I personalised the bag with my child’s name. On receiving the bag I was highly disappointed! It was absolutely tiny ! When you pay nearly £30 you expect a good size bag. I immediately emailed the team at my first years but all I got was a generic , ‘ we will take into consideration your feedback’ and we cannot refund personalised items. I noticed there has been no changes to images on the bag so guess my feedback was useless. I’m writing this review so people are aware of the sizes of these bags. The team will only help you if you don’t personalise which seems ridiculous when my 1st years is advertised as a premium personalised gifting website.

Fabulous Items, Superb service.
Very happy with the items I bought for my granddaughter, they are beautiful. I needed to contact customer services to amend the delivery address and Marie was very helpful and quickly sorted my issue out. Although I paid for the slower postage which said my items would be delivered in 5 working days they were delivered 48 hours later (and I had ordered personalisation). Fantastic service throughout and I’m very happy to recommend My 1st Years.
