Great present
I needed a super-fast delivery and they shipped my custom baby shoes WITH GREEK CHARACTERS on the very same day. I got them the day after and it was great! The product itself is extremely cute. I've gifted it a number of times. It's a great keepsake and parents are very pleased with it. The mint box (and also not having to look for appropriate packaging) makes it all so perfect. Highly recommend.

Ordering was easy and dispatch was quick but delivery was a shambles. Order to dispatch took 2 days, delivery took 11 days more, just under 2 weeks in total!! Arrived too late for my grandson's 1st birthday - very disappointed. Gift will now have to be re- posted at our cost as they live 100 miles away.

Half my order didn't arrive lost over…
Half my order didn't arrive lost over £100 worth of items and was told to send a photo of binned cards box which was binned on the Friday of delivery and customer service wasn't available over the weekend and was told this on the Monday. I've spent so much money with 1st years and now they've robbed me they've lost alot of custom from myself and family

I purchased some very cute books which was dispatched almost immediately.
Altough after 9 days, i had no luck tracking my parcel. I emailed My 1st Years and they said they will look into this for me.
2 days later I finally received my parcel.

Poor poor quality in a fancy box! Babies house coat. Really thin material, expected more especially for a baby!
I will be returning this item, very disappointed as was a 1st birthday gift..likely won’t hav time now to order a personalised gift to come from somewhere else!!
