I purchased an ex-display Z1 cart but it was damaged during transit with the plastic top part already broken when I opened the box. I registered the warranty on their website, got in touch with MotoCaddy via email and the next day they arranged for a brand new replacement to be issued, which came just 2 working days later.

Beth in the customer service team was fantastic and getting a replacement was the most hassle-free experience I've ever had. I work in customer service myself so I have high standards when it comes to putting things right. Safe to say Beth and MotoCaddy have left me very impressed turning this negative experience into a positive one and I'll most definitely be buying more products from them in the future.

Have been using the bag and trolley for a few years without hitch but then had an accident on the course and broke one of the hooks that hold the top bungee in place on the 2021 model Cube trolley. Sent a few photos to them as I couldn't find spares anywhere and Cameron sorted me out with a replacement hook and sent it to me free of charge. Trolley back in full working order; thanks Cameron

18 month old SE trolley which stopped working totally, battery was good. I telephoned Motocaddy and was just told that it was out of guarantee and where I could pay to get it fixed, zero understanding or assistance other than that.
I have since found out that SE trolleys are having trouble with their motors which are burning out, so much so that they are difficult to get hold of. Motocaddy must be aware of this and should be more understanding when somebody goes to them with this problem.
My advice to anyone thinking of getting an SE trolley, don't, unless you want to take the risk of extra expense soon after the guarantee runs out.
And, while I'm moaning, the on/off switch is far too sensitive, the slightest touch turns it on and on a course with water this could prove very expensive.

Habe vor knapp 2 Jahren einen Motocaddy M7 Remote gekauft… leider macht er jetzt erhebliche Geräusche (vermutlich ein Lagerschaden). Habe ihn an Motocaddy zur Begutachtung innerhalb der Gewährleistung geschickt. Motocaddy teilt mir mit, dass Motor, Getriebe, Achse und Vorderrad aufgrund übermäßiger Beanspruchung erneuert werden müssen und Motocaddy jegliche Gewährleistung ablehnt, weil angeblich ein Wasserschaden vorliegt. Man darf einen Motocaddy laut der Serviceabteilung nicht mit einem Wasserschlauch (kein Hochdruckreiniger) säubern, sondern darf nur einen nassen Lappen verwenden. Klingt sehr realitätsfremd und schwer nachvollziehbar… ein hochpreisiger Golftrolley mit einer Lebensdauer von weniger als 2 Jahren und dann ein Hersteller, der jede Verantwortung von sich weisst, mit der Ausrede übermäßiger Beanspruchung und einem angeblichen Wasserschaden aufgrund von Reinigung mit einem Wasserschlauch.
Weder Produktqualität noch Serviceleistung kann ich weiterempfehlen. Besser Finger weg…

I have a Motocaddy P1 trolley where the Umbrella attachment has broken. Dropped an email to customer services and within a day had a reply asking for address details so the attachment part could be sent out free of charge!!

I know its only a small thing but to me it ends a massive bit of frustration as an umbrella is a critical item here in the UK! :) Really appreciate the speedy turn around with this!

Ich habe schon mehrere Jahre einen Motocaddy M5 GPS DHC und kann diesen leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Trolley ist sehr schwer. Das Display spielt auf der Runde verrückt und ändert permanent die Einstellungen. Außerdem meldet er, dass die Software-Lizenz abgelaufen ist und gegen eine Gebühr von 69 Pfund/Jahr erneuert werden muss. Trotz mehrfachem Kontakt mit dem Händler konnte keine Lösung gefunden werden. Absolut nicht empfehlenswerter E-Trolley.

This is what customer service should be. Cameron was excellent both in email responses and verbal interaction. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Cameron went above and beyond expectations and was clear and helpful throughout. A credit to Motocaddy and I will spread the word.

Aftersales service from Zena Ellen was excellent, having to return a wheel locking issue on my under warranty Motocaddy QB2.

Zena was 10/10 and remained in touch throughout the returns process.

How refreshing to have great customer service. I contacted Motocaddy by email today about a missing item after purchasing a Cube push trolley. Zena responded to my query very promptly and dealt with it in a polite and professional manner. A relatively simple query but Zena’s response and solution has left me feeling very positive about the Motocaddy brand. Thank you
