Great Customer Service from the Motocaddy Team today. I had ordered a lower bad support strap for my new M1 trolley but I hadn't appreciated the parts needed were supplied separately. The team quickly adjusted the order and got it shipped the same day at no extra cost.

My CUBE trolley developed a fault outside of warranty but Bethany arranged for it to be replaced and could not have been more helpful..

I recently bought the Motocaddy Protekta Golf Cart Bag in Grey/Black and I felt compelled to write this review to share some key points. Before I bought the bag, I did as much research as I could but most reviews didn't cover the areas I was concerned about. So I thought this might help others.
I also have photo's that I can share but I'm not sure how to upload those.

In particular I was concern how good the rain cover works and how well it fits. Well, worry not. The rain cover is really good and I have used it in heavy rain, which worked perfectly. The cover has two directional zip so accessing your clubs is very easy. The fitting of the rain cover is also easy and fits very nicely.

The organisation from the Protekta really works! I also feel, seeing the bag in real life is far better then comparing from on-line pictures.

I love the fact that the Protekta bag is slight taller and sits very well on my Motocaddy M1 series. There is also bag protection pads where the top trolly touches the back part of the bag, so this will be great as time goes by with little wear and tear.

Naturally there is also the usual long standing excellent Motocaddy features that I won't touch on but I would just point out there are so many pockets on the Protekta it really is fantastic!

I’ve had a few issues with Motocaddy products over the years but their customer service has always been excellent, issues have been resolved promptly with excellent communication. I can always overlook a few niggles if customer service is this attentive, many other businesses could learn from this approach.

Had a problem with a trolley cover and someone called Cameron couldn’t do enough to help. Made sure he understood my problem then bent over backwards to rectify.
Can’t fault their customer service at all.

I ordered a Motocaddy lithium battery on 01/06/2026. After placing the order, I received no dispatch confirmation or tracking information. After one week, I contacted the company and was advised that the battery had been dispatched. However, after a further follow-up due to no delivery, I was informed that the person responsible for dispatch was off and that the battery had actually not yet been sent.

Over the following days, I made several further calls but received no update or clear timescale for dispatch. Twelve days after placing the order, I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

I understand that delivery to the Isle of Mull can sometimes present additional challenges. However, I have previously purchased a lithium battery for my previous golf trolley from Affordable Golf, and despite my remote location, it was delivered within four days. Therefore, I struggle to accept that my location was the primary cause of this delay.

My main frustration was not simply the delay, but the complete lack of communication from the company. At no point was I proactively contacted to explain the delay, provide an updated dispatch date, or offer any reassurance.

Based on my experience, I would advise customers—particularly those living in remote areas—to consider alternative suppliers if they require their battery within a reasonable timeframe.

The questions and concerns raised were answered quickly and clearly. Very kind and professional.

Amazing customer service from Motocaddy and Zena in particular. I needed an adaptor for an accessory as I have an older trolley. I emailed and 3 working days later it was delivered. If only other firms treated their customers this way.

Absolutely brilliant service. I lost a bolt on my umbrella holder, ordered what I thought was the right replacement but turned out to not be so, I emailed motocaddy on Saturday and incredibly got a reply from Debbie on Sunday who arranged for the correct bolt to be sent out which arrived by courier a couple of days later. Now fixed and so impressed with the customer service by Debbie and the team at motocaddy.

I contacted Motocaddy regarding an umbrella which became damaged during a round of golf. Bethany replied to my email within minutes and was able to supply a replacement product. Excellent service from the customer advisor, thanks very much Bethany and Motocaddy.
