Morson Group Arvostelua

Got made redundant and heard about some temporary roles with Morsons. Called up and spoke to Jordan who instantly recognised my potential and set up interviews. Never let down with payroll like a lot of agencies in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to use Morsons again.

The team are genuinely great!
Very supportive. Any issues or questions they will always get back to you in a timely manner. Thank you to all at Morson’s who have paired me up with a really great company.

Charlie found me an interview so fast it was incredible, he was nice, he listened and understood what I was looking for, if I could give more than 5 stars I would

I have spent a couple of years working for Morson Group and the continuous support I have received through my time has been excellent. Moving between contracts has been a very smooth process and everyone I have been in contact with has been very friendly and open to supporting me wherever they can.

I had a really positive experience with Morson. The service was efficient, supportive, and well-organised from start to finish. A special mention to Kelly Young, who was incredibly understanding, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free and went above and beyond to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency to others.

Could not have asked for more from the morson team in getting me stared with BAE SYSTEMS Sarah and the team were great from day 1 till even now it's asking how I'm getting on in my new job always keeping me updated in the employment process 5 stars all round

Started work through Morsons late last year and the team at marine trades were very helpful in guiding me through the initial stages of my contract.
The communication from Inayat Valley throughout was great and any query’s or issues were quickly resolved.
Would recommend Morson’s to anyone looking to get into or start any contract/ full time work

I've only dealth with agencys a little in my past but none of them compared to the care I recieved like I have from Morson, from the small things such as little text messages wishing me all the best on my first day to doing the same after my first week, I'm 5 weeks in now and still they're on the end of the phone when I ring them saying its nice to hear from me and asking how I'm getting on with a genuine care, it feels like they're not just trying to fill holes in companys with people but they want you excell and they support you with that.

I have been with Morson at HMNB Devonport Plymouth for 14 months now and the team headed by Paul White have been available, understanding, friendly and efficient in dealing with my questions in a timely manner and resolving issues (not of Morson making) with real commitment and efficiency.

From start to finish of the recruitment process all communication and services have been absolutely excellent.
Morsons reached out to me after finding my cv on indeed and have been great all the way along. A massive thank you to caya for all her help and support through the whole process.

My recruitment officer was extremly helpful and patient whilst giving me the information required to start my new job.

Everyone is so helpful and easy to speak to

Very professional, well established agency. Have had lots of high profile job offers through morsons, special thank you to Inayat Valley very helpful, polite and very well informed recruiter.

All communications were clear and promptly dealt with. Complete process was very efficient, and all payments have been received on time. Andrew Morris was very helpful throughout the whole process.

Inayat Valley and his marine team were very good helpful and approachable. I just joined Morson and it has been good so far.

I have done three contracts now for Morson. All three went perfect in every way and I could not have asked for better help from the staff at marinetrades and my contact. Inayat Valley. They were constantly checking that all was well with my contracts. The very few problems I encountered were solved immediately . Thank you guys

I have worked for Morson in some guise for over 10 years. I started as a contractor for Morson Technical Services, and now I’m a Manager working for Morson Edge. The company is well grounded, fair and provides a great health package to all staff. Morson has provided me every opportunity to progress up the ladder at my own pace, a flexible working routine to accommodate my family life and the opportunity to work from home when needed.

Inayat Valley and the team from marine trades were extremely helpful in getting me up and running with my current employer, couldn’t recommend any more

Inayat Valley made the process so simple for me.From the first phone call a received to starting the job.He kept me up to date on a regular basis and anything a required assistance with he was there.Couldn’t fault the man. 5 stars
