Morson Group Arvostelua

I have been Morsons some 9 months now. I have nothing but good things to say about working for Morsons. I was helped and guided through the recruitment process by Jordan Collins who has continued to be supportive and helpful and friendly but professional. I feel a lot of gratitude for the way everyone who have dealt with me over my time with Morsons. This is why I need not hesitate to afford them a 5star review.

I have had a great experience with them so far. My handler Sam Walker went really above and beyond helping me all the way on every step with contract abroad. It would be really hard one if it wasn’t for her. Absolute legend
Thanks

They are there when you need them.Had an issue with my Time sheet it was sorted quickly.Great Job.

Complete waste of time within motorsport division not same without Phil Evans any skilled competant workers avoid like the plague better off with shorterm or arden white without a shadow of a doubt disgusting company

Just about to start work with Morson and i can honestly say its been a most pleasant and positive experience from the start of the process.
Everything has been made clear and easy to follow, looking forward to a good working relationship.
Inayat Valley was the man that made all this possible, cannot thank him enough.

Inayat valley has been absolutely spot on through the full recruitment process!

Made everything easy. Cheers

Hi I have recently, applied for a new position within the ship building sector through morson edge. As of today I now have my offical start date,I'm so excited & can't wait to get started,
The reason I'm giving 5 stars is down to inayat valley.
He's been brilliant with help & guidance.
So thank you
I would definitely recommend inayat valley again in the future
thanks for all your support.

I’ve recently started working with Morson and my experience so far has been extremely positive. From the outset, communication has been excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I’ve had.

The staff have all been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the onboarding process smooth and straightforward. It’s clear that they value their employees and take the time to ensure everything is handled efficiently.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far and would highly recommend Morson to anyone looking for a recruitment agency that provides outstanding support and communication

Great experience dealing with this company kept in touch with phone calls & updated me on the process of my new role. I dealt with inyat valley who was professional, polite & nothing was any trouble for him when I asked questions. He was able to answer everything I asked.

Really good service responds very well with any queries made. Friendly and helpful

Started a few weeks back everything has been fantastic and hope it stays that way everyone has been helpful and job is fantastic.

Very easy to deal with and continually keep you informed while awaiting confirmation of vetting processes.
Dealt with Inayat Valley very informative in terms of any questions and issues I had.

Good learning

Terrible customer service.
Contacted me to apply for a role that I had already applied for and interviewed for 2 months before.

I never heard any feedback from this interview. To make it worse not only was it the same recruitment agency, but it was the same person who contacted me both times (and they clearly didn't remember me).

Sharon and Paul are an asset to the company. Thank you for all your help getting me this job. Give them a call now!

Had Iniyat dealing with me and my mate, he was quick with responses and very helpful.

Jordan Collins was my recruiter at Morson Edge . My journey from running my own businesses all my life , until into my 50’s, to becoming an independent contractor for Morson was made with great ease due to Jordan’s efforts. He was completely professional, always available & when not, returned my calls almost immediately. He was incredibly helpful but most of all , he made my journey into this new world go with ease . A kindness to go over and above , for which he deserves to be congratulated, so , many , many thanks Jordan. He is a fabulous ambassador for Morson & hope they appreciate how good he is as the face or ears of this business . I cannot recommend this company enough.

My positive experience is primarily down to Jordan Collins, Senior Recruitment Consultant. He is impressive, personable, professional, high communicator who instils confidence from the “off”, consistent in his approach which makes you feel that you are important to him and the company.

I have also received timely, accurate pay through their payroll team, who too are responsive when you have a query.

Having previously worked within HR for thirty years, it’s evident to me that Jordan in particular is an asset to Morson Group, a role model who, together with the wider team have ensured my customer experience is very high.

Where do I start.? Applied for employment with Morsons for a start at a local business. I thankfully (as it now turns out) got handed to Jordan who introduced himself and the company and explained he would act as a handler of my application..The process to gain employment became quite protracted, incidently none of this had been due to Jordan just the way this company operates. Every step of the way Jordan guided me on this journey without any issues whatsoever. Until the conclusion in successfully achieving employment. Always at the end of a call or email responding super efficiently. Thank you for your assistance on my journey. Huge recommendation in using Jordans skill set for employment. Many thanks Sean Hanson. 24th Feb 2026 currently being helped by Jordan.

Applied to numerous roles through their agency but not heard back from a single one. Had more luck landing interviews applying through companies directly than these lot. Absolutely useless as far as I'm concerned.
