High interest savings
I opened this account to put money aside for a large upcoming tax bill. I really like that you can see the daily accrual of interest income. The app is also very easy to use. Would recommend.

So Easy & Stress Free
Very easy to deal with and "set up" was very simple. Since joining we have had cause to move monies in/out and it's virtually instant/seconds not like other organisations that say "Easy Access" but you can't access the funds because they have done something wrong. Great service.

Opening my Monument account.
Just as all the Five star reviews i also found the experience opening the account thankfully strait forward, compared to other institutions. Hopefully this will be a good choice moving forward in the future.

Rate drop
They offered a defined interest rate but once they got my custom the rate dropped.
I am dismayed that the Bank of England rate is what governed my interest rate, Monument should have taken the hit on this

We understand your frustration. When you opened your account, the rate was variable, which means it moves with the Bank of England base rate and market conditions. We adjusted our rates after the Bank of England lowered its base rate on 18 December.
