Not a good experience opening an account
Not a good experience, both myself and my wife tried to open an account with Monument, hers was activated straight away.
Mine wouldn’t activate and despite a number of attempts over the following 2 weeks was informed that it was still in review! I tried to contact the company by email without a response so opened a Chip account straight away and deposited my money in there instead.. I deleted my Monument App however have just heard from them about my change of interest rate!

Easiest Account I’ve ever opened
Literally transferred my savings over from my normal bank account . The app is very easy to use and I can log in and see how much interest I’m earning daily and it then adds it all on monthly .
The best rate I’ve found anywhere and got the tip from Martins moneysaving . All good , highly recommended .
